Great guide and fantastic food

Salma was a very knowledgeable and delightful tour guide. We enjoyed her unique and informed POV as a Parisian and all the information she shared with us. Each stop provided good quality food and drinks. Do not eat before this tour - you will be well fed! Along the way, we had chocolate at 2 stops, quiche, coffee, a waffle, croissants, an eclair, a selection of cheeses and fresh baguette. We also had tea at a beautiful tea store. Overall, it was a great tour and Salma was a fantastic guide. In addition to all this, we went on the tour with someone who cannot walk very well so we pushed her in a wheelchair - Salma was very thoughtful navigating our walk to help make pushing the wheelchair easier. We understood that we could not take the wheelchair into the stops along the way, but being able to use it for the walking made this tour possible and we appreciated Salma’s accommodations.

Best pastries and cakes

Fabulous tour with Anne Loraine who is very knowledgeable and passionate about her home and culture. We had a lot of fun going to off the beaten track Boulangerie and patisserie. We had pain e chocolate, strawberry shortcake to die for, best chocolate fondant slice and pistachio macarons. The tour concluded with the best classic crepe we have ever tasted. Highly recommended as you get to taste the amazing quality of these baked goods. It was a small group and we all had a great time and experience. Thank you Anne Loraine ❤️

Delicious and fun!

We got to try 10 sweets typical of Paris--it was great. My daughter and I split many of the treats and could not make it thru the last one. 9 out of ten were really good, but 5 were incredible. Great guide with good energy. Recommend for anyone who likes chocolate and sweets.

Great experience!

This was an amazing experience! My daughter and I had so much fun walking the neighborhood and trying all the sweets! Ayesha was knowledgeable, engaging, funny and knew the history of the area very well. We went into places we wouldn’t have tried otherwise! In this extremely hot day, she made sure we had water and stayed as cool as possible. I also try to eat gluten free so she added a GF bakery for us to stop in too!

You won't regret booking this tour!

I highly recommend this tour! Our guide Julie was the best! We were able to try so many pastries that we were stuffed by the end and had to start sharing everything! Julie gave us such great background on the history of the area and all the shops we went to, she is very knowledgeable, personable, and funny and was the perfect guide. We were able to try award-winning croissants and several other delicious treats. The neighborhood is so vibrant and beautiful! Be prepared for quite a bit of uphill walking, but with enough breaks for delicious pastries to make it bearable. This was my favorite part of the time we spent in Paris! Also, a note this was listed as a tea when I booked it but it is not, the description was accurate though just not the title.

Entertaining and tasty uphill wander- so worth it!

Engaging walking tour right from the start. Each stop brought the neighborhood to digging into incredible bites & layers of history. The pastry and confectionery stops added to the adventure with just the right sized portions and discussion about their culinary artistry. We appreciated the efforts to work around a food allergy and to keep our younger traveler entertained along the way. Don’t let the idea of going uphill scare you from taking part of the tour- there are switch backs, resting stops and well timed tasting breaks. One of our favorite tours so far. We regret not buying a gift few items at some of the places we visited but we were able to find our way back to them walking down.

Amazing, you will try things you will like for sure, many options in most shops.

It was a lovely hour. Henry was our guide and besides walking us through this very nice pastry, sweets and chocolates shops, he walked us giving us a tour all the way, with history and good localtions for acitivities and to eat. He was a very happy and nice individual, funny adding some humor to the history details, and he gave me some useful advice for the rest of my trip in Paris. The sweets were amazing, in most place you have options, so you're not stuck to a thing you might not like. I definately recommend, and if you're lucky, Henry will be your guide!

Excellent family tour in one of the most charming neighborhoods in Paris

Tifenn was delightful! She felt like a longtime family friend. She’d done her homework and knew all 6 of our names right off the bat. We have 4 kids, ages 6 through 15 and Tifenn kept them all engaged and involved. It was a highlight to our trip to Paris! Just make sure you show up hungry!
