What are people saying about Panama City

1000000% recommend!
We had such a fantastic time. Raul was incredibly knowledgeable about everything Panama. He was so friendly and did everything he could to make our tour amazing. We learned so much. We would have never been able to accomplish as much on our own. The timing getting to the canal with the iMax and one of the large ships coming through was perfect. I can't speak highly enough about this tour. He was willing to do cater the experience to our needs and wants as well.

Highly recommend!!
Gabriel Morales Was our tour guide. He was amazing, he was punctual and got our information and day before but an itinerary together before starting tour. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Always tentative and made sure we were okay and safe. I highly recommend Gabriel and this tour.

Wonderful tour option
Found this last min and so happy we did. Luigi was our guide. He was super communicative and showed up on time. Could not have asked for a better guide. Informative excellent understandable English. And one of the most important things never felt rushed or that we were on a set itinerary. A bit of flexibility, but the biggest thing just never felt like come on let’s go which made things, relaxing and enjoyable. He is a star. So informative. I would happily book this again.

Did the Panama Canal and City Tour and it was such a great time. Our guide was awesome — super friendly, easygoing, and really knew their stuff about the canal and the city’s history. Answered all our random questions without missing a beat.
Nothing felt rushed, the group vibe was relaxed, and you can tell the guide actually loves what they do. If you’re heading to Panama City, definitely book this one!

Highly Recommend!
This was a great tour! Dianko was the perfect tour guide, and if I ever return to Panama I would request him directly! He was flexible to meet our needs as we had spent some time the night before seeing certain areas of the city- allowing us to spend more time in other areas of interest. He made the most of our time- picking us up promptly and giving us our full time allotted. He was knowledgeable and easy to understand (English). He made things fun- pointing out a sloth, suggesting the best ceviche for lunch and pulling out a Panama flag for us to take pictures with. He was prepared for everything- including umbrellas when it down poured. We really enjoyed our time learning about the city with his help! 100% recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed the...
We thoroughly enjoyed the Panama Canal and Gatun Lake boat tour. Seeing the wildlife up close and personal was especially exciting, particularly when the monkeys climbed onto the boat. Watching firsthand how ships enter and pass through the canal locks was fascinating and gave us a greater appreciation for the engineering of the Panama Canal.
Our tour guide, Javier, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and did an excellent job taking care of our needs while providing interesting and informative commentary throughout the tour. His expertise and enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable.
This tour was a perfect combination of nature, wildlife, and history. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Panama.

Pablo Salas is the best
We went on a tour with Pablo and honestly, it was amazing from start to finish. He communicated with us the night before, arrived right on time, and made the whole day enjoyable. He took us to all the main attractions around Panama and also took plenty of photos for us throughout the tour.
If you’re looking for a tour guide in Panama City, I would definitely recommend booking with him.

Great introduction to Panama City
Had a great bike tour when we first arrived in Panama City. It really helped to orient us to the city. Our tour guide showed us all the highlights of the area and gave us some great insider tips and recommendations. Highly recommend starting your stay with this tour.

Must Do if visiting Panamá
Great learning experience about the Canal of Panama. The tour guide (José) was very knowledgeable and gave the information in Spanish and English. He also answered all questions asked. The scenary is really pretty, especially if sitting on the right side of the ship. Things to consider, use a good sunscreen and reapply as the sun can be brutal. A hand fan can be beneficial if staying at the top floor of the ship. Otherwise, the view can be appreciated on the 1st and 2nd floor with AC. If you have food limitations, reach out beforehand or bring your own snacks as the menu is set and might not accomodate any dietary restrictions.

Juan is amazing!
Juan made our experience unforgettable. We learned so much and saw the not so traveled path of Panama City as well (such as the administration building). We had a private tour so we were able to spend the time how we wanted. We skipped the movie at the canal to spend more time in Old Town.

A fun day in beautiful Panama City!
We started the day with Eddie, our guide, who picked us (and our luggage) up at the hotel. We toured Old Town and visited a museum with indigenous stitched artwork called Mola. So beautiful! Then we toured the Miraflores locks where we saw the Imax movie about the construction of the canal. After that, we embarked on our ship and settled in for our cruise. It was a fabulous day! We especially appreciated the flexibility of this tour, and we were able to do all of the activities that we wanted.

Exceptional experience through the treetops.
The tour company communicated well and picked us up at our Airbnb. There were three of us ages 59 and 15. Our a driver was very knowledgeable and on the way out to the zip line told us more about Panama & the area around the zip line. We stopped at a gorgeous hotel and picked up snacks, water & use the restroom before we got to the zip line. When we arrived, we signed in and they helped us get settled into our gear. There are free lockers to store your gear in that you don’t wish to carry with you. I did take my cell phone, which is on a strap that hangs around my neck to take additional videos and pictures. They take pictures too. Then the guides gave us instructions on zip lining. We are not new to zip lining but if you are, this is a great group to go with. There are 13 lines. They use the automatic braking system so as you descent the line it helps slow you down as the Guide at the bottom helps catch and stop you. All their gear appears to be well kept and maintained. There were about 15 people in our group so it didn’t take long for us to enjoy zip line. They drove us to the top of the mountain where we had a short walk to the first line before we descended down back to base camp. 2 hours total of zip lining. There are many spectacular views of the Panama Canal, the Chargers river, and the rainforest. Once we descended back down to base camp we were given water and helped out of our gear. Then we viewed all the pictures that they had taken along the way of us. You cannot purchase your pictures separately, you purchase all of them on a card like USB for only $15. We highly recommend this tour. We really Enjoyed it. Please wear closed toed hiking shoes or sneakers. For women I suggest wearing pants or capris and men wear pants or long shorts to the knees. Don’t forget to bring your bug spray too. HAVE FUN!!
