We had such an incredible experience on our private food tour with Sorhay in Panama! From the moment she picked us up at our hotel, she made the entire day feel completely personalized to us. She asked if we had already had breakfast or coffee and offered different options so we could start the day exactly how we wanted. What made this tour so special was how customizable it was. Sorhay gave us choices at every step- not just with the food we wanted to try, but also with other experiences based on our interests. We were especially interested in seeing wildlife, so she incorporated that into our day. We were absolutely thrilled to see a sloth and a toucan in the wild! We even spent some time looking for other animals, which was such a fun and unexpected part of the tour. We like to be outdoors, so she stopped at a nice park for us to do a quick walk as well. Of course, the food was amazing too! We got to try several foods and flavors that are well known in Panama, and Sorhay shared so much information along the way. She was incredibly personable, funny, and genuinely interested in getting to know us. She asked us many questions, and it felt less like we were simply on a tour and more like we were spending the day with a friend who was excited to show us her country. She even took us directly to the airport at the end of our tour, which made our travel day much easier! I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Panama. There are so many options, and Sorhay does a fantastic job tailoring the experience to what YOU want to see, eat, and do that day. She is an amazing tour guide, and I would definitely book with her again the next time we are in Panama!
