While its not peak time of year to see manatees and there is no way of ensuring a monkey sighting we did see lots of wildlife, mainly gators, birds, turtles we within feet of our kayak. The staff was great and the 3 hour tour was exactly what my teens needed to begin working together as a team to make the boat go where it was meant to go. Justin was amazing and had lots of fun facts to share. We enjoyed tremendously

A perfect day! Bob & Roger were wonderful guides. Informative, helpful & fun. We saw four manatees, a few gators, a handful of monkeys and a lot of birds and had a great time. I definitely recommend bringing a change of clothes - it rained - and we loved every minute of it.

It's a great experience for a tourist to see the city's historic buildings on lights. The city looked fantastic in the dark. Best way to explore the river sides. The service provider was good and can introduce some way to reserve seats while booking to keep the crowd in control. Talking about the boat... It's okay. The windows are not clean and can see smudges and affects the photo quality which is the main thing people do.

A great safe time out in the Marshlands. Our guide, Taylor, was very knowledgeable of the area and the wildlife. We saw various birds, including eagles, saw four circling overhead at one time. This is the perfect way to travel from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral. Our driver, Pedro was top notch! He was in communication the day of the trip and was there waiting for us at pick up. Definitely Worth It!!

This was such an awesome experience!!! I saw a billboard and was able to book with less than 2 hours to the launch time. The 3 hours was more than enough time to do my solo tour and make it back. I must admit that I was a little nervous about the alligators, but Frank reassured me that they wouldn’t bother me at all. I remember seeing a picture of a woman and her little baby in a kayak so I knew if they could do it, so could I. The alligators were really chill. It was so smooth of a process. The cost was so affordable and worth every penny. Even with it being spring break, it still wasn’t too crowded. I needed this relaxation in nature and Frank was so kind and informative! I’d definitely do this again with Silver Springs!

The Viator voucher system doesn’t easily translate into tickets at Kennedy Space Center. I had to go to Group Sales and the clerk had to write the Viator information on a pad of paper. Then the tickets were handed over. Good thing it wasn’t crowded on the day we went. But once inside, everything was great.

Our trip to Kennedy Space Center, which we had booked through Viator, was simply amazing. The bus that picked us up came on time, and pick-up time etc. were clearly provided iso as to not cause any confusion at the end of the visit. MIKE, our tour guide, was great! He provided detailed information on what to expect once we reached, gave us tips on which attractions were the most popular, and how to make the best use of our time whilst at the center. All in all, we were very satisfied with our trip to Kennedy Space Center. Thank you, Viator and Mike!
