We start our adventure in Mistra Bay with a basic kayak lesson. We travel as a group at a leisurely pace & stop frequently to explore and for rest! We paddle a total of 4-5kms and our leaders will calibrate pace and distance to the group's abilities. Starting at Mistra Bay, we will hug the rugged coast up to Rdum Il-Biez Bay. There are lovely blue waters, an amazing cave with colorful coral & several remnants of WW2! We then cross a 100 meter channel to St Paul's Island. We will stop for 25 minutes and either have a relaxing swim, or else explore the island by land. There is a magnificent statue of St Paul & a big Cross dating back to 1845.
