Our beautiful Mallorca sailing adventure!

What an amazing day! We booked (last minute) a sailboat ride after our catamaran tour canceled, and it was the best choice ever. Our Uber transport from the cruise port to the marina was a bit rocky, but after that it was perfecto! The Mallorca coastline is beautiful. The marina was full of ships and sailboats of all sizes. Our ship, JaquesMate, was a 40-foot sailboat. There were 9 passengers; 4 young men from Sweden and Norway, and two young women from Washington D.C. Our captain, Andreas, was excellent. He was the owner of the sailboat and had been sailing since he was a child. We had the opportunity to snorkel and do stand-up paddle boards in the warm Mediterranean Sea. We dropped anchor near the beautiful coastline near a rugged beach area. We noticed that clothing was optional on the beach, and Andreas explained that this wasn’t a big deal in Spain. Our group kept our swimsuits on. 🤣 We enjoyed white wine, pizza, sandwiches, and vegetables with hummus. A perfect day! We would love to visit Mallorca again someday.

Wonderful experience with a great crew!

We had such a lovely time on the boat. Both the skipper and his bartender/deck hand were an absolute delight. The food was top notch as were the cocktails available. It was a nice small group and felt very personal. We enjoyed getting to know both the crew and the other guests. Highlights include jumping off the side and swimming in the water. They had lots of different floaties etc available to lounge and gave us some fun facts about the area and the celebrities that live there.

Fantastic day viewing some of the most spectacular beaches in Mallorca. Theo was an outstanding guide making sure that we were all looked after and enjoyed the best day! Unforgettable Experience

The boat owner Daniel gave us a very careful and clear instruction of the boat and he was very friendly. We enjoyed 4 hours of just between me and my husband on the sea. We anchored the boat and then jumped into the sea to swim a bit. When you enjoy the sunset hour, you feel tranauil. And you just need to arrive about 30 mins earlier than the time of start and the instruction is not included in you reservation period.

Relaxing fun filled day

This was a incredibly enjoyable day. Juan was a terrific captain and made our time comfortable and fun. He brought us to a couple terrific beaches and served us a lovely snack on the boat. Our family of 5 had a terrific time snorkeling, paddle boarding, and enjoying the beautiful sights.
