Fun way to get out on the water for a few hours

The crew had great attitudes and were super friendly. Seats comfy for the ride out the caves. Beautiful clear but chilly water in May. BYOW-bring your own water!

Frustrating

We booked this tour because it indicated there was a pickup at the cruise port in Palma. We tried to confirm the meeting time and location the night before and the next morning but didn’t get a response until 25 minutes before the meeting time when we were already on our way there. The message we got was that the meeting spot we were told was not correct and were directed to a different meeting point almost an hour drive away. We tried calling the tour operator but got no answer. We weren’t able to get there in time and they weren’t willing to come to the pickup point we were given so we never ended up doing the tour. Very frustrating experience.

We believe there has been a misunderstanding: our excursions always depart from Alcúdia, more than 60 km from the cruise port of Palma, and we have never offered pick-up from there. We are sorry for the confusion this caused and for the frustration you experienced, but unfortunately we could not arrange transport from Palma. My Sea Experience Team
