Great for history buffs!
My family, who loves history, wanted to do this tour - so glad we did! Our guide, Jerry, was very knowledgeable and made the first part very interesting as we walked around the city. The Churchill War Rooms experience was a self-guided (with headphones) tour. There was a lot to see there! Jerry pointed out things for us to look for and prepared us well before we went off on our own. It was nice because you could spend as much or little time in the War Rooms as that was the end of the tour.

Spending a few hours...
Spending a few hours walking around Mayfair brought to life many of Churchill's key moments. Learning more about him in this way revealed so much more about the man than books or movies could. This helped make our time in the War Rooms even more meaningful.

Wonderful Winston
Richard was a fantastic guide with a wealth of knowledge on all things Winston Churchill. A great tour visiting many sites associated with Winston including some special stops before finishing at the war museum. Highly recommend.

Nathan is Terrific
Nathan is fantastic. With a wealth of information, a true knack for telling a story, and real empathy for the people that fought the war, it was a wonderful experience touring this facility with Nathan.

The Private Tour Guide Was Amazing
The VIP private tour guide before the War Room exhibit was our favorite part. She taught us so much history and showed is so many things in the area we never noticed. The War Room itself was okay, they could use air conditioning or fans down there. We also recommend more places to sit. Worth the experience due to the VIP private tour guide.

Interesting Information
The information we learned was great. The war rooms are definitely worth a visit. We were late and the automatic chatbot communications were not helpful so lots of the tour was missed. We were lucky to be able to find the guide en route on our own. I suggest providing the guide with WhatsApp or email contact information of participants.

Great WW2 / Churchill...
Great WW2 / Churchill history tour with Babs. It was fantastic to learn more about the WW2 history around London and see some of the memorials, plus then have the opportunity to explore the Churchill War Rooms afterwards. The weather was fantastic, which made the experience even better. Babs was a great tour guide who provided a lot of information, but didn't go overboard with the details. Very enjoyable experience.
