Superb experience with Viator. Faultless and professional.
Absolutely brilliant tour. Of course quite upsetting, but unforgettable and necessary. The organisation and communication from Viator was superb. The transport provided was really good in modern and clean Mercedes people carrier, with just 8 of us and the really helpful driver. I am so glad I did this tour, and so glad I did it with Viator. Highly recommended!

Moving tour.
⸻ Visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum is an incredibly moving and important experience. It’s so much more than a Memorial. A place where immersed suffering took place. . However, our tour time was changed and part of our visit ended up taking place after dark. Lighting was very limited, and many of us had to use our cell phones to see the uneven ground while walking. If your tour is later in the day, it’s something to be mindful of for safety and comfort.

Auchfitzs tour
Timings were perfect. No messing around. Bus was clean and no information was given prior to arrival of bus. The day went smoothly and the group were kept together. Packed lunch was offered via txt the day before.
