I will welcome you to my Genoese-style house, located in one of the most suggestive corners of the city, for a guided tasting of the precious Oysters of the Gulf of La Spezia, selected from the best local productions, along with fresh seafood: red prawns, scampi, anchovies, marinated tuna and swordfish. The dishes, raw and cooked, are inspired by the Ligurian maritime tradition, with some creative touches. Experience a unique tour along the ancient city wall of Genoa, the longest wall in Europe, dates back to the first half of 1600. We will ride along trails that form the path of the forts and we will dominate wooded and panoramic slopes. The tour will include, High quality e-mtb, helmet, experienced local MTB guide, bottle of water, traditional Genovese focaccia bread and at the end of the tour we will stop in a typical trattoria on the hillside facing the sea for a luch, tasting homemade gourmet food. During the excursion, we will learn the different Mountain Bike techniques which will vary according to the level of the participants.
