Learn all about French wine on this small-group, guided tour right in the heart of Paris. Sample around six to seven French wines in an unpretentious atmosphere with a charismatic guide. Create your own wine and leave with your bottle ! After a tour of the chateau,,head to the blending workshop. Like our cuvée Symbiose, born from the blending of different vintages, we will guide you in the creation of your own wine. You will discover the secrets of blending to create your own nectar and then take home your personalized bottle as a souvenir. An original, fun and educational wine activity!

The workshop takes place in a vaulted cellar of 1850, and is led by official Ambassadors of the Climats of Burgundy. They will put their expertise and good humor at your service!

We receive small groups. You ask all your questions, even the ones you don't dare ask elsewhere, and the tasting adapts to everyone's level, from newbie to experienced amateur. You are tasting in a real downtown cellar, open since 2004, and not in a visitor room. Around you, the bottles we sell every day: family estates and independent winemakers from Burgundy. The house is run by Adrien Tirelli, Master Caviste. Every team member is an Ambassador of the Burgundy Vineyard Climates, a title that guarantees you professional expertise throughout the tasting. Around you, over 1,000 wines and spirits. If a wine you tasted pleased you, you can order it, with a tax-free service for export depending on your destination. The 4 wines are served from the village appellation to the Grand Cru. You don't read the difference between the Climats, you taste it.

Thanks to this unique workshop in the Grand-Est region, you will know how a single malt whiskey is made. Through the visit of the distillery and the cellars all the stages of production will no longer hold any secrets for you. You'll also learn the secrets of blending and walk away with a bottle of your own self-blended whiskey to impress your friends.
