We are a small, family-owned company with a passion for wildlife & the environment! Founded in 2005 by manatee rescue volunteers focused on safeguarding the dwindling manatee population, our goal has always been to bring you the very best in educational, animal friendly tours. It has never been our ambition to have the largest fleet of boats on the water. Instead, we aim to have the smallest possible impact…which is why we only offer small tours & are proud to be 1 of 2 Guardian Guides with Save the Manatee Club! Regardless of whether you book a tour with us, we kindly ask that you respect the manatees & their space…not crowd or prey on them. Any tour company promoting the petting of wild manatees is truly part of an ongoing local problem. We love snorkeling with the manatees, but always remain mindful not to interfere with their natural behavior. You can also see them very well from the boat, so whether in the water or out, it's truly a magical adventure!

Comfort and Convenience: Standout features of our boat are a spacious bathroom, an optional large bow bimini, to provide protection and relief from the sun's intensity and a dive ladder to safely and comfortably get on and off the boat. Come explore the ruins of old Fort Dade and Egmont Key or find endless sand dollars on shell key and if you dare head to the incredibly clear waters of passage key! We provide all snorkeling gear and take you from island to island. You’re welcome to bring any food and beverages including alcoholic onboard! We are here to help you have an amazing, safe day on the water! We are absolutely family friendly as each and every charter is private. Large groups welcome as we create a unique 2 or 3 boat experience! Our 2019 Robalo R272 27 foot center console powered with twin 200 engines is extremely roomy and comfortable!

This activity is an amazing experience for those of all ages. At Crystal River Manatee Adventures we try our absolute best to make it a once in a lifetime trip. The day starts with free parking at our shop and then we provide transportation down to the boat, just a short drive away. We will then take a ride out to the Gulf of Mexico and find a spot where we think we’ll find lots of scallops! With the trip all equipment (mask, snorkel, and fins) is included. We also have a cooler filled with water and ice on the boat, which you can use for any food or beverages you bring along with you. We also provide an in water guide for the trip to help collect your daily limit on scallops. After our time is complete in the Gulf, we will then return to King’s Bay where we will give you the chance to hop into one of our beautiful springs to swim around and check out before heading back to the dock.

We take your vacation to the next level here in Destin. We provide options while on your adventure. (Dolphin watching, snorkeling, seashell searching, football, Tipsy Toss game, paddle boarding, float on our Lilly Pad, sight seeing, or just chilling on Crab Island) We want everyone to experience everything Destin has to offer.
