It was an enriching and interesting experience, there was not a single question that Emek left unanswered, he has a wide knowledge of architecture, engineering, history and general knowledge about Finland that is so useful for a tourist. In addition, he has a personal charm and great patience. It is recommended to schedule the tour at the beginning of your visit to Helsinki.

Our guide Erich his driver Viktor were amazing! We had a last minute change in our cruise itinerary and were blessed to book this tour with Erich with only 24 hours notice. His knowledge of Helsinki was exceptional and he made every effort to show us all the highlights and make and our day exceptional. He has so much passion and positive energy-a perfect fit for our family.

This tour is a great way to start your visit to Helsinki. The walking tour takes you through central Helsinki with stops at major sites and buildings. Our guide Zana, what can I say? He was very knowledgeable of the history, culture and architecture of Helsinki and Finland. He was very in tune to our individual interests and questions. I think he gave great insight into the people and structures of Helsinki. I will remember this tour as one of the highlights of my visit to this wonderful city!

Friendly, well informed guide. We saw historic & pertinent sites that emphasized the history & gov structure of Finland. We visited libraries & shared spaces. We walked throughout the city. Beautiful tour & very informative as to Finnish socialization

We had a wonderful experience on our 2.5 hour tuk tuk tour! It went by so fast! Our guide was knowledgable and friendly! The tuk tuk was comfortable and there were blankets provided in case we got chilly, headsets so we could always hear him in case traffic got loud, and the tuk tuk was covered in case of rain (all things we were worried about)! We stopped at several places and got to tour around. The library tour was incredible! Perhaps our favorite part of the tour was the passion that the guide had for Finnish culture. It was evident how proud he was of the history, architecture, and the philosophy of the culture and it shone through in the tour. The tour was fantastic and we would 10/10 recommend it to anyone!

The operator is American and has a big booming voice. He'll talk virtually the entire tour and try to give you as much information as possible. He focuses on history but also talks about Finnish art, culture, and norms. All in all, I would definitely recommend the tour to others!!

First off, our captain announced over the ship PA that a storm was brewing near Helsinki at the port may not let us dock. I had one bar of cell service and texted our guide. He answered right away to keep him posted and we can adjust our meeting time as necessary. The weather wasn’t as bad and last as long so we docked about an hour late. Our guide said “no problem, we can meet when you’re off ship” Meeting Lukas, our tour guide was like meeting a friend. He was so pleasant and easy to talk with. I’m a person full of questions and he knew the answers to anything I through at him. Lukas gave us a great tour and showed us things we would have missed if we were on our own. He asked questions about our interests and made sure he took us to sites of interest to our visit. I can’t praise him enough for the time he spent with us and even walked us to exactly where we needed to be to catch our shuttle back to the ship. 100% satisfied with this tour and guide.

Highly highly recommended! Well worth the money! The best way to get a good view of Helsinki specially if short on time. We came off the cruise ship and had a late start for the day. Still, with this excursion we were able to get a good look of the city and thoroughly enjoyed our time roaming Helsinki. The boat ride was very enjoyable! Blankets provided if needed. 5 stars!
