You’ll ride in a spacious, comfortable van, stop at scenic locations along the way, and when the lights appear, your guide will take professional photos of you under the aurora. When conditions allow, we record a timelapse of the sky dancing above. Small groups and a relaxed pace make the night as memorable as the lights themselves, while giving you the chance to either let your guide capture the perfect shot or learn tips to photograph the aurora yourself. We also cross the Arctic Circle making a loop journey back to Rovaniemi. The journey begins with a scenic drive to east Lapland to Korouoma Canyon. Here, towering Finland's northernmost biggest frozen waterfall & dramatic canyon, a true Arctic fairytale. After the canyon visit, continue to Ruka, where excitement awaits with world's northernmost roller coaster ride winding through snowy hills upto 40 km/hr offering stunning views. A Lapland style BBQ & hot drinks are also offered during this activity. *NOTE: This activity only offers the biggest frozen waterfall hike in Korouoma canyon, not the big loop, and one roller coaster ride in Ruka. Children aged 4 and over can ride the track with an adult. This activity is not available on Friday as the Roller Coaster stays closed every Friday.
