More than just a husky ride and a reindeer farm visit. Take a break from the modern world. Feel the thrill of driving your own husky sled through the forest, then slow down at our reindeer farm, where time seems to stand still. Meet our huskies, get to know a reindeer herder and meet his reindeer, and spend some time with us over a bowl of soup in our rustic farmhouse, Tiippana. We start at our small homestead husky kennel and travel 5 km through the forest by husky sled to reach the remote reindeer farm. At the farm, there’s no electricity, running water or designer interiors. Instead, oil lamps light the yard, and a fire burns in the fireplace, bringing warmth inside the farmhouse. Meet the reindeer and enjoy a warm bowl of traditional soup with our reindeer expert. After the farm visit, we take a different, 2 km husky route through the forest back to the kennel.
