I just finished the Red Dune Safari, BBQ Dinner, Sand Dunes, Quad Bike & Camel Riding Tour, and it was without a doubt the highlight of my time in Dubai. Our guide Jigaro was absolutely fantastic—so knowledgeable, informative, attentive, and genuinely caring. From the moment I was picked up, he made me feel comfortable and welcome, like I was traveling with a friend. He went above and beyond to answer every question and made sure I didn’t miss a single part of the experience. His vehicle was immaculate, and he constantly offered everyone cold water and checked that we were happy and looked after throughout the tour. We had an amazing desert safari experience, and a big thanks to our guide Haroon for making the trip so enjoyable. He was very friendly, professional, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly from pickup to drop-off. The dune bashing was exciting, the desert views were beautiful, and Haroon was always there to guide us and make sure we were comfortable and having a great time. I had an amazing safari experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Shabaan. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming from the very beginning. His hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the trip. Shabaan genuinely cared about making sure I had the best possible experience. He took the time to answer our questions, never rushed us, and made sure we didn't miss any of the incredible sandunes scenery. His knowledge, professionalism, and warm personality made the safari both enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend Shabaan to anyone looking for an exceptional safari guide. We took this trip as a family of five (two adults and three children aged 15, 11 and 8), and every single one of us loved it. We were picked up directly from our accommodation in a spotless 4x4 by our driver and guide, Said Ali, who was brilliant throughout the entire experience. He drove us out into the desert where we enjoyed quad biking, dune bashing and sand surfing before heading to a desert camp for camel rides, an Arabian horse show, dinner and entertainment. The whole trip was incredibly well organised and such good fun. Said Ali was the perfect host for the day – friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best possible experience. He really went above and beyond. When he realised we hadn’t managed to get a camel ride earlier in the evening, he arranged one for us just as the camp was closing and people were starting to leave – such a thoughtful thing to do! He also turned out to be an excellent iPhone photographer and helped us capture some amazing family photos on the dunes – honestly they look like something out of a magazine. The food and entertainment at the camp were also excellent. There was plenty of choice, with options for both adventurous eaters and those who prefer more familiar dishes. If you’re unsure whether to book this trip, I would absolutely recommend it – it’s an unforgettable experience. And if you’re lucky enough to have Said Ali as your driver, you’re in for an even better day!

Our guide Awais was amazing! He was super knowledgeable, kind and made sure we had a great experience. He was on time picking us up and made sure everything went smoothly. He personally took the time to take all of our pictures. He was great and I highly recommend this!

Muhamad, the guide was super friendly and took so many pictures an videos of us and sent it to our Whatsapp. No need to take your phone with you. They have change rooms and lockers. You can ride 1 or 2 people on the same jetski, for the same price. Overall great service and fun

I was receiving by Naveed, i got late and he didn’t rush me at all, after a make him wait 15 min he was smiling when i arrived Ge was all the time happy, helpful with water, pictures, charging phones, even in put my pashmina at my head every time that i messed it up😂 he was above the Best RACE: They had bikes to rent for all pockets from 200 to 1000 and the time was more than enough. Me and my friend enjoyed a lot! The Dune: Naveed was the driver and WHAT A EXPERIENCE! He was safe, secure of what he was doing and we had lots of fun at the car and sliding the dunes down with Naveed’s Board. The Camel Ride: They had a free option and a paid one (it chose the paid one ( AED 20) and I had a lot of fun that camera was nice and let me pet him. The guys that was conducting the camera ride were helpful attempt and help us with all the pictures. It was an amazing experience. The Show: The dancers were phenomenal is skilled and fun. The show is perfect and kept my attention all the time it was beautiful to watch. The food: The food was included in the package and it was amazing with a large selection. Also for vegetarians had some options that you could buy in the vendors around and they bought the corn (AED 10) The alcoholic beverage: That was the only thing that I felt overcharged. It was a regular cabernet for AED 150 the glass (US $40) but i was there to enjoy and had the option to dont buy , i bought and enjoyed 😂 The Vendors/souvenirs/ pashminas /clothing. : It had all type of ideas for souvenirs. Send bottle in different sizes with Name bracelets and necklace with your name written in the Arabic means dresses, hair, jewelry, or oil perfume./purses and more, maybe basically bought almost all of them. They have a average price. I loved the selection and variety and Bought gift for all my friends and family. Overall experience : It was simply the best experience I ever had in the trip from the beginning to the end. It was phenomenal thank you guys and I wanna give a little observation for the ones that are reading that don’t forget to TIP the people that work there IF YOU FEEL THAT YOU RECEIVE IT THAT SERVICE, THEY DESERVE A LOT! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️NAVEED AND TEAM. Our tour guide was Saqib Khan. He was wonderful. Totally customized the trip based on our priorities. He was super knowledgeable, professional, very well spoken English and stayed with us thru the markets so he handled the cost. His recommendations were perfect
