We had a wonderful experience with this Madinah Ziyarat tour. Everything was well planned, covering all the key historical sites without feeling rushed. Our guide, Waqas, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and explained each location with clarity and depth, making the journey truly meaningful. Equally he was calm, punctual, and very accommodating throughout. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and clearly well maintained, which made a big difference, especially with family. Overall, a smooth, enriching, and highly recommended experience.

I booked the experience through Viator. I booked the trip for me, my partner and my three children 14, 12 &7. This trip was under £100 for all of us (£20 each). I was worried as I wasn’t sure how we would get to the pickup point as our hotel was not near the pickup point. The morning of the trip OUSSAMA messaged me on watts app. He explained all the details of the trip in detail, what we needed to bring etc. He then told me that he would pick me up from my hotel and return for 400dirhams (£36). AMAZING PRICE. OUSSAMA messaged me when he was 5 minutes away. THE TRIP….. This trip was absolutely amazing…. I have created memories with my children I will never forget. OUSSAMA was a fantastic tour guide, very organised and efficient. I cannot believe how much we got as a family for £20 each. In the UK you wouldn’t get anything like this. We had a camel ride, quad bikes (which my older children drove themselves). We then stopped off at a little shop/cafe and was given bread, dips and tea which was part of the trip and free. Then they took us to this amazing location with breath taken views where they fed us a chicken meal. We then sat around a fire and had a fire show. Back on the BUS OUSSAMA then blasted the music and we all had a party on the way back. AMAZING DAY THANK YOU OUSSAMA FOR THE AMAZING MEMORIES my kids are still going on about it now. Kaleigh UK

We were picked up at our hotel, out of the city on a golf resort, on time by our driver and our guide Zakaria. After about an hour, thr first stop was at an Argan Oil factory/ shop where we were given Moroccan tea, bread and Argan olive oil, honey and peanut butter to try. We were then shown how the Argan products were made and given some samples to try in the shop. There was no pressure to buy and just a short explanation of each without any expectation which was nice. From there, we drove another 15 minutes into the desert for the quad experience. Some of our group went on a camel trek but Zakaria stayed with us and took some photos of us with the mountains and landscape and told us some information about the Atlas Mountains and villages. The quad experience was brilliant with amazing sunset views. There is a stop for photos where the guides will take photos and videos for you on your own phone, again with no expectation of tips or payment. My only slight complaint is that one of our group was very slow on the quads which meant we couldn’t speed up but this couldn’t be helped. After the quads we went on to a lovely site in the desert with a swimming pool, tents and covered area where dinner is served. Our guide, Zakaria had phoned ahead when I said I was vegetarian and organised a separate vegetable tagine for me. There were 12 in our group and enough food to feed 20 easily! Vegetable cous cous and chicken tagine with bread, and bottles of water were provided. Everyone thought the food was delicious. The show was great, they got everyone involved and had us all up dancing by the end of the night. Having done similar trips in Egypt, I have to say this was a much more enjoyable, relaxed experience with no pushy sales or hidden costs. Cannot recommend this trip highly enough. We did a lot during our trip and both my sons said this was their favourite day.
