Dubai Safari park is an ABSOLUTE must see thing to do in Dubai and we are so happy we went with This Red Sand Morning Company. My fiancé did this same experience in 2016 with a different company but didn’t enjoy as much as there wasn’t enough time in the sand dunes and on the bikes. I went with 7 family members and each one LOVED IT! First they pick you up from your hotel and take you to the dessert. Our wonderful Tour guides, Ali and Farooq, were on time and super accommodating to us! Next you go on a beautiful morning car ride into the dessert that feels like a roller coaster as you ride up and down sand dunes. The views are breathtaking. After the ride, Farooq and Ali took us to the highest sand dune to slide down on a sand board. We expected the sand to be hot but it was cool and soft. As you ride down you slip down so fast that you feel the wind breeze through your hair! Anyone of any age can do it. After that wonderful experience we went to ride the 4 wheeler bikes which was sooo much fun! We raced each other around the track! The staff was very courteous and took PHENOMENAL photos of us posing with our bikes! Lastly we had a true Arabian experience of riding camels in pairs! Farooq and Ali were outstanding tour guides! They point out cool places to go between our hotel and the dessert and answered all of our general questions about Dubai! We were very luck to have them! They have over 9 years of experience and we felt safe with them the entire time! 5 out of 5 stars! Things to note, take a jacket if you go on the morning tour as it is quite windy! Definitely eat a light breakfast at least about 1 hour before the tour starts! At the end of the tour there is a place to clean yourself from sand, get snacks, and fresh juice! I highly recommend the sugarcane juice! It was an amazing experience and I will definitely go again next time we are in Dubai!

I had an amazing safari experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Shabaan. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming from the very beginning. His hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the trip. Shabaan genuinely cared about making sure I had the best possible experience. Morning Red Dunes Safari — Mixed Experience

We were picked up on time and driven out to the desert, which was well organised. Quad biking lasted around 20 minutes in a fairly small sand area — enjoyable enough but a bit limited. We also had the chance to take photos with a bird of prey and a short 5-minute camel ride. The 4x4 dune bashing in convoy was good fun, although sitting in the back meant the views weren’t great. There were a few planned photo stops in the dunes which were nice. Unfortunately, the experience ended on a sour note as we felt pressured to leave positive reviews on other well-known sites while the guide watched over our shoulders, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary. Overall, some enjoyable moments but a few aspects could definitely be improved.

Great experience - nice place but I was expecting a more natural experience. For example the quads was 30 min inside a closed place just to accelerate but I was expecting to travel with the quads or buggy to the dunes. Again nice to do it but I personally have different expectations.

It’s a sand dune experience by the side of a road, not what we hoped for. The dune bashing was good, but we got stuck (it happens) and waited for over an hour before being taken back by another vehicle. Quad bikes were fine, but that is where it went downhill. We were left in a room without any information whatsoever about what was happening. We had an over aggressive boy try and charge astronomical amounts for a few pictures that left us very uncomfortable. The camel rides and sand boarding that were part of the trip never materialised and no mention was ever made. We also had to witness animal cruelty to a cow where a group of around 15 men, including two from the tour company, dragged and beat a cow in plain view of us. They joked and took pictures, but we found it utterly vile. After waiting well over an over without any information I sent a message to the tour company, only then did we receive information on how and when we would get back. The tour company manager spoke to me in the car about what had happened, but it was way too late and we were left very disappointed.

As you mentioned dune bashing was good but near the road all dune bashing start from the road going inside desert where guide starts dune bashing and unfortunately coming back car stuck the guide tried but failed and as you said they bring you in another car and immediately I sent another car for drop off and spoke to you that car is on the way , as you told me that we don’t want to miss our activity this afternoon and the room you mentioned is a waiting room with air condition for guests. The car stuck in desert it happens , I send another car and drop you safely at location. If you are giving us 2 stars cause of these people which isn’t belong to our company, how I gave the service that day I know but surprised.
