We had scheduled a helicopter ride on a Monday morning, but the weather was not clear so we moved it to Tuesday. They communication was mostly clear and effecient from the staff and the ride was incredible. We really enjoyed it and honestly, the 17-minute tour was perfect for my family and I. I was very satisfied with the whole process.
The one area where they need to improve is the photo packages. They are outrageously expensive. $50 USD for 1 photo. If they were more reasonable, they would make more money because they would have more people ordering it. However, you can take pictures with your phone (no big cameras however) and they come out great anyway.

Fantastic experience! It is a little confusing to find but get your taxi to drop you off outside the police academy and then there’s a little bus which takes you inside to the helipad. All staff members were great and we even got a free upgrade for our honeymoon - just super special 🥰

I don’t even know where to start… first the price was better than every event in Dubai. I honestly couldn’t believe it. Then top it off with all the views during my 17 minute ride. I’m bringing in a large group next time I come it’s all I can say this is definitely the number one event in Dubai.

Really well organised. Checked in early as was already in area. Really nice waiting area which was clean and spacious. There are plenty of lockers to leave belongings in. The 12 minute flight takes you round or over some great views. Came away with some great photos.

It was beautiful. The staff is thorough and walked us through all the safety precautions. Within 30 mins we were up in the air looking over Dubai’s beautiful skyline. The pilot and tour guide were friendly and knowledgeable and the picture package gave us a lot for a reasonable price. I wish it was sunnier, but that’s not the company’s fault lol. Highly recommended if this is your first trip to Dubai!

This was an awesome experience!! The staff and processing went by smoothly. Once we were checked in, the waiting was not long. I was fortunately able to land the front seat beside the pilot so my experience was even better than I thought. Seeing Dubai from that perspective, was amazing. Definitely recommend!!!
