The event is is a great event and anyone who come to to Dubai must do this. We got lucky in the guide we got.as good. Our guide - Qaiser -was knowledgeable, helpful, polite, made our event something to remember for ages. If I come back in the future, will make sure to reach out to him.

There was no BBQ or four performances. They picked me up at 2 PM and I was back at the hotel by 6 PM. It wasn't what they promised.

Older vehicle, not so friendly driver, and seemingly chaotic arrangements at the barbecue/show place. Two fair shows with a lighting up of a I love Dubai sign being counted as the 3rd. Supposed to have been 4 or 5. Other yours seem to be better equipped, at least from the pics.

For atv tour you have to pay (150 for single/ 250 for two) Transporter cars is for 6 person (you could be any other people together/ for mid seat you have to pay) Shows and meal time takes just one hour. For VIP sittings you’ve to pay (109 aed for two person) So this is not vip tour but good to see and travel.

Horrible service - driver stated taking us off road, differnt camp, and waited hours before we went to the camp. They made us switched car and finally taking us to the camp - one of the wors experiences. Also the food was really bad.

Be prepared for 5 hours in the car, no photographers for you while your riding the camel & no belly dancing. Otherwise our driver was talented & gun while we rode the dunes.

Driver was to pick us up at 1:50 pm. Showed up at 2:55. Drove over an hour to ATV ride and dune bashing. Which was fun. We arrived so late because of the late pickup that we never got the camel experience and the "4 village shows" were already over by the time we arrived. We saw about two minutes of belly dancing and then it was over. Just sat there looking at an empty stage with little Kids running around. We were going to ask for a partial refund-- but you know how that goes...
Clearly, I would not recommend.

Bbq is an additional AED 50 and pictures with animals cost extra. Expect to spend most of the time getting there and coming back.

I had booked a VIP trip (as per the booking confirmation also received). Unfortunately, there was nothing VIP about any of the events. Very sad and I will never do any future bookings/events with you.

DO NOT take this desert safari with this provider. There are many more options that are better and cheaper. This is my fourth desert tour in Dubai and by far the WORST.
- our “professional tour guide” did not say more than 50 words to the group the whole day.
- we changed vehicles 4 times because our guide didn’t have the proper tires for the sand
- “tour guide” looked like he was ready to go home the minute he picked us up
- while everybody enjoyed sunset on the dunes, we were in traffic on the highway
- the camp was very dirty and not at all “VIP”
- said hookah was included but was not and tried to gouge us on price
- food was ok at best

The driver was very rude and we just had to pay more and more for every activity. The basic buffet looked so terrible so they made us pay another 50 AED per person to get the VIP dinner but this too was terrible, The food was stale and they had one lady dance for 3 mins. Everything they wrote on the inclusive was a farce. We were squished in the back seat of the car like sardines. The worst package tour we’ve ever done. We have travelled to 52 countries and done hundreds of tours but this is definitely the first time we have to rate as One star, Also the tattoo for ladies is a farce . It’s one flower with four petals, if you want anything other than that you will have to pay and wait, The camel ride….don’t believe it’s 3 seconds on the camel. If you want a five minute ride, you have to pay again,. People should give the right review as these people will keep cheating tourists who are unaware.

Biggest scam in UAE and you can't escape because you are in the middle of the desert. Such a sham, as they take more guests than their capacity. Everything is extremely rushed, dune bashing is mere 10 mins, sand boarding is a small stretch and way too many people queuing up, Camel ride is a few steps. Staff are rude and no clear instructions from the organisers for the guests. Enter the camp and you are let into a world of confusion and chaos. Disorganised, unclean, impolite comfortless, hospitality non existent, lack of safety. Not honouring the traditional ways of a desert camp but that's too much ask here I guess. It's a medieval cattle camp set in the modern era only where the guests form the heard. The BBQ dinner offered will redefine all your imaginable fantasies of a BBQ dinner because all you get BBQ is just on tiny price of BBQ chicken.
T biggest irony is this is "VIP Treatment"
A note on safety, the driver is more on watching reels on his phone than his eyes on the road on busy UAE roads. Multitasking at its peak of undesirability.
It's appalling by Viator for hosting such scammers.

1.5 hour to wait for other group members to join
4 hours driving back and fourth
2 hours waiting for the cars in cold to take us back and forth to the dinner

The experience was average, the car was Sandy and not clean yet not badly dirty, we only got to do safari, bur no sand boarding, no sunset as their was an accident on the road and that made it pass sunset time. But the guide did not encourage sand boarding and did take us to that.
VIP and regular were I in the same tour.
This tour was a bit disappointed for Viator.

1. Did not know that we would have to pay more for the atv ride.
2. Helmets should be available as an option.
3. Rest Room facilities were atrocious, especially seeing how clean facilities are in Dubai public and private spaces.
4. Harassment by vendors was too much.

The Safari Tour was fantastic. Our safari guide Sajjad was so professional and highly recommended. We really enjoyed the ride, shows and food.

We were 4 friends and this safari was honestly a terrible experience. First, even though our reservation was for 3 PM, the driver insisted we must go earlier until we proved our booking. When we arrived, they forced us to take the quad bikes (not included!) and made us pay extra.
The camel ride was also pushed for extra money, and the camels looked exhausted and stressed, which was very sad to see. At the camp they tried to upsell VIP seats so we could get food earlier. The food itself was not edible at all.
The worst part: on the way back they added 3 more people to our car. There was no space, and a small child had to sit on the father’s lap in the front — very unsafe and unacceptable.
No extra drinks as promised, poor organisation, constant scams and upselling. The whole experience was disappointing and definitely not worth the money. I do not recommend this safari at all.

The Dubai Desert Safari was an unforgettable experience filled with adventure and culture. The dune bashing was thrilling, and the views of the desert at sunset were absolutely stunning. I also enjoyed the camel ride and the traditional dinner under the stars. The guide Adnan were friendly and made the entire trip feel safe and well-organized. Overall, it’s a must-do activity for anyone visiting Dubai.

Continually tried to upsell. Tour bathroom terrible (literally a hole in the ground). Tour guide dangerous on highway getting there - constantly taking phone calls and distracted while driving.

It was really disappointing - you are taken to a holding open for 45 mins and they try to persuade you to pay to do other activities. Our guide barely spoke to us. The sand dunes were fun. Everyone hassles you to take photos with birds. The food was poor and it was a long way away. The shows were ok but still weak. Wouldn’t recommend.
