Excellent overview of Dubai and important sites. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and adept at getting us to attractions/landmarks. Getting “front-of-line” tickets at the Burj Khalifa enhanced our experience with minimal wait times.

There were many things promised on this trip, and someone new to Dubai will not know that it is not possible to keep that promise. All in all I paid 400 plus dollars 4-5 hours of the private tour of Dubai. I only got to see 4-5 attractions from a distance. Only the Burj Khalifa experience was to my satisfaction, but the credit doesn't go to the operator, but it goes to the Burj Khalifa org. Another thing to note is what is shown on the tour price changes to something expensive with limited options ( like a group tour becomes private tour with no other choices ) when you try to buy the package. This is done by many Dubai tour operators. I wouldn't recommend this tour instead I recommend just buying a Burj Khalifa ticket directly and use metro/taxi to visit other attractions. The traffic in Dubai doesn't allow for seeing many attractions so plan your trip accordingly and do your research.

Where do I begin? First off my fiancé and I took a 13 hour flight from New York to Dubai and decided to do this evening tour with this company. Our tour guide and driver Hafiz Shehzad which I would not recommend he was extremely an aggressive driver, which caused my fiancé to get motion sickness in the backseat lucky for us. We had nauseous medication with us. Hafiz Shehzad pick us up from our hotel and took us straight to the spice market. Me personally I felt that it was a set up and that Hafiz Shehzad brought us to a specific store where he knew the individual and next thing you know Hafiz Shehzad disappeared in my fiancé and I was stuck with this individual worker in this shop trying to get a suspend over $500 on spice, tea, and clothing. After explaining and saying no thank you over and over and over, Hafiz Shehzad gave the worker a hand sign, and then we left. At this time Hafiz Shehzad demeanor changed and he rushed us through this entire tour. He drove us straight to Atlantis driving aggressively showed us around and then continue to drive to the Burj Khalifa, where he had our tickets to enter the Burj Khalifa up top. At this point, my fiancé, and I decided to call it quits and told Hafiz Shehzad that he did not wait for us and that he can leave and he was shocked and said OK thank you. We nearly paid almost $400 for this tour after a long flight. This was not the tour to do with this company. I’m truly upset and disappointed that this tour did not be my expectation and we lost that on a lot of money. I’ve done many tours on Viatour and this is the first one star bad review. I had to write if I could I wish I could give them zero stars but ultimately I do not recommend this tour company and the tour guide Hafiz Shehza. Book at your own risk they are plenty of other tours out there and companies that would do a much better job.. I give this tour a zero stars if I could and I will I do not recommend do not book. Do not waste your time. Do not waste your money………..

Thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Hafiz. He tried as hard as he could to squeeze in as many sights as possible and suggested we head to the Burj Khalifa as early as possible to avoid queues. He was spot on as at 10am the bus tours arrived and we were already up and down by then. Thank you! Hafiz was a real gentleman and treated us with respect. Would thoroughly recommend this tour to appreciate what Dubai has to offer especially if you are only here for a short visit.

We had a great visit of Dubail with our guide Farhan. We were able to see the Burj Khalifa The highlight of our trip was joining him at Dubai’s blue mosque. He is very knowledgeable and it was able to give us great information before we got to each destination so that we could have the ultimate experience. I would highly recommend the city tour we would not have been able to see as much as we did without our wonderful guide Farhan, and this amazing tour.
