Hands-down the BEST tour on Dominica!
After doing lots of research on Dominica and watching countless YouTube videos, our group decided to book this island tour, and it completely exceeded every expectation.
Kevin was hands-down the BEST tour guide—so knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely passionate about the island. We explored incredible spots like Titou Gorge, Trafalgar Falls, relaxed in hot springs, and visited a freshwater lake. Along the way, we even made a few fun stops to enjoy some delicious rum punch! Froggy's was our favorite and our children LOVED petting his adorable, friendly dogs.
If you’re looking for a tour that truly lets you experience the beauty of the entire island, this is the one. Our group included 6 adults and 7 kids (ages 6-14), and every single person had an amazing time. Kevin was especially wonderful with the kids—so patient and attentive, even guiding them through the gorge and making sure everyone felt comfortable and safe.
Out of all the excursions during our weeklong cruise, this one was the clear favorite—no questions asked. An unforgettable experience on an absolutely breathtaking island! We can't wait to go back!

Fun in the Rainforest.
The tour driver was waiting right outside the cruise port gate. We left right on schedule and the guide was very friendly. The waterfalls were outstanding to see. It rained off and on which you have to expect in a rainforest. The rain made the steps up to the waterfall observation deck slippery. The activity of swimming in the gorge to get to a waterfall was really fun. They require everyone to wear life vests and they were provided. Would recommend thise tour to anyone.

I brought my teenage son...
I brought my teenage son and daughter on this excursion and it was the highlight of their whole week of our cruise. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, our safety was their first priority. Equipment was good. You need to be physically fit as it was exhausting at times. This was a once in a lifetime experience. Dominica is breathtaking.

Unbelievable Experience!
The canyoning experience with Nathalie and Carlyn exceeded our expectations! It was definitely challenging, with both of us being beginners, but it was ever so rewarding. The views were magical and all of the natural pools were amazing. Lastly, it was very clear that both Nathalie and Carlyn love what they do! We learned so much about the beautiful island of Dominica from them. We’ll definitely do this again!

Great times at the Boiling Lake!
We had a fantastic experience! There was some confusion with getting off of our cruise ship and meeting at the location for transport, and our driver was excellent. He was so patient and accommodating and stayed in communication really well. The hike itself was amazing. This is one of the biggest hikes we've done and our guide was helpful throughout, offering some advice but also giving us latitude for our own pace. He was a great conversationalist besides! The landscape throughout the hike and the lake itself were stunning. Would highly recommend all the way around (although our legs are still sore)!

Fantastic!
This was a highlight of our travels!
We met our guide (Hubert from Waitukubuli Tours) very close to our cruise port and he drove us out and back. It was wonderful to have a local and knowledgeable guide to share information about history, culture, flora and fauna.
The Middleham Falls hike is a little over 3 miles round trip. We found it to be moderately strenuous- the trail is clear but dynamic with lots of elevation change with many steep steps and some uneven footing. The waterfall at the end is breathtaking and we saw only a few other hikers on the trail. There are water crossings and slippery tree roots, stones, and logs. We opted for hiking shoes which gave good traction but got very wet very quickly. The trail could be done in hiking sandals (like Chacos) or some sort of water shoe, but with so many slippery areas there is risk of falls and injuries in lighter weight footwear.
Overall the hike will feel harder for those of us who may be a little out of shape, or not used to the hot humid climate. Drinking plenty of cold water, and taking a quick breather after a steep stair climb helped us acclimate and accomplish the small challenges of the climb.
Our guide was kind and patient, gauging our fitness levels and pointing out hazards along the way. He is very knowledgeable about local flora and fauna- we learned about the botany of the area and heard and caught glimpses of local mammals and beautiful hummingbirds and parrots! We hiked in both sunshine and in torrential pouring rain. It was wonderful.
Visiting TiTou Gorge after our hike was a great way to cool off and have a unique experience of a short swim up the deep gorge to a waterfall. PFD’s are available on site for flotation, as well as some local vendors selling souvenirs. The water was chilly but pleasant, and there were handholds and ropes to help navigate the quick moving current. The scenery is unique and memorable.
If we are ever able to return to Dominica we would not hesitate to go on more tours with the Waitukubuli Tours company, and highly recommend their services. We were well taken care of by them and were very comfortable all day long.
