What are people saying about Cozumel

This is a perfect...
This is a perfect adventure for cruisers who only have a short amount of time before returning to the port. We rode ATVs through the village, experienced tequila tasting, and souvenir shopping. To top it off, we learned a bit about the Mayans and Cinco de Mayo. The cenote was neat, too. Some other travelers jumped into it. Our tour guide "Grandpa" was awesome. We were dropped off at the port at the end of our tour.

Amazing Day in Cozumel
What a wonderful day! Enrique was a fantastic guide and curated our day around our desires. We did not want to go to the beach or tourist stops so we drove the whole island, learned about the culture and did a wonderful Chocolate and Honey experience with Terrra Maya. That experience was a highlight that he coordinated for us. Lunch was a local place that we went to with him. I highly recommend this company. Car was very clean and the whole company is very professional and good with communication. Would definitely use on our next trip to Cozumel!

Really fun day for all ages
Meeting point was easy to find and we were taken directly from there to our Polaris RZR where we met our guide, Omar. Omar then led us to El Cedral and Jade cavern via dirt roads, which was super fun in the RZR. Sunglasses or maybe goggles for younger kids are a good idea for dry dusty days; you don’t want to have to be squinting to fight off dirt while you’re trying to take in the sights. We got a brief history/explanation of the cavern, the bats therein, and of course, how to get up to the two jumping spots! If you dare, you can jump about 30 ft from the highest spot or about 15ft from the lower spot down into the deep water of this beautiful cavern. On your way back, you stop for a 15 minute free tequila tasting, which was fun, informative, and delicious. We had extra time, so Omar was cool and took us through an awesome dirt road track through the woods. You can go at your own speed, but we were going pretty fast for a lot of it and it was super fun. My little kids loved it and were squealing with delight; we all were. We all had dirt all over our faces by the end. After that, we parked at Chulas Beach Club. Although this was not my favorite part of the tour because of the crowds, there is still plenty to do there if you are looking for activities including paddle boarding, jet skis, a water obstacle course, parasailing, and others. We were happy to just sit on the beach and order cocktails and lunch from the restaurant, which was brought to us in our beach chairs. After a few hours of relaxing, we drove our RZR back into town to the original meeting point. A day full of lasting memories for sure. This a a fun day for all ages.

Unforgettable Cozumel ATV tour
David was an excellent tour guide. He provided us with an awesome ATV tour to a Mayan village and to Jade caverns. My adult sons loved driving ATVs and jumping off the top of the cenote. We learned so much about the history of Cozumel and the Mayan civilization. Learning about tequila production and tasting various ages and favors of tequila was a nice ending to a fantastic day.

Great Tour of Cozumel with beach break at the Money Bar!
This was a really great tour around Cozumel, including the unpopulated East side of the island, which was quite scenic. Alvin led us around (he drove one jeep, I drove the other). My family and wife's parents came along (9 people). It was a little hot (being late July), but AC worked great in the vehicles, and Alvin had plenty of bottled waters and cans of beer on ice in the cooler (we had some left after the tour, and grabbed one for the walk back to the cruise ship). Alvin had a Great attitude and gave history/info on the various places, and gave us the option to stop or keep on going at various beach and lookout stops. I enjoyed swimming in the cenote (inland freshwater pond--the water was a perfect temperature).
The lunch at the well-known Money Bar beach club was Fabulous (included in the package). Snorkeling there at Money Bar was Awesome--2 stepped entrances with handrails, and there were at least 1,000 pleasant marine fish swimming around you there. Covered tables to eat your lunch and they have a larger menu as well. As requested, Alvin got us back in time (by 3:30), so we could clean up and make it to our dinner by 5pm (although the line of people going thru Mexican security at the port was kind of long...). Great Tour overall!!

Great tour, just felt I...
Great tour, just felt I didn’t have enough time to experience everything that was include. Definitely wish I did have more time. Would definitely recommend, from the ATV to the tequila tasting which prompted me to purchase a bottle was amazing. Then on to the scuba diving. A great time.

Definitely Worth It!!
Worth the price and exceeded our expectations. The excursion was fun, memorable, and staff was amazing! The only negative is the trouble we had finding the meeting location. I would suggest that the tour operator be a little more descriptive of where to meet. For those who recently booked or will be booking, the meeting location is not at the terminal, it is across the street from the cruise terminal at the seven 11.

Mayan,City and beach review
Really enjoyed this very personal trip. Our guide Reyes was outstanding. Absolutely ask for him if you are lucky to have him as your guide. Very friendly and enthusiastic in his job. We began with some local city sights. Then we proceeded to a place to see a Mayan ceremony along with tequila tastings and then some authentic Mexican food tasting. Finally our trip ended with some beach time and a return to our starting point. Reyes was informative and is an overall genuine great person. I would recommend this excursion. July 1, 2026

We absolutely loved...
We absolutely loved everything about this excursion from the beginning to the end. It was just our family in the group, and they customized it to us. We don't drink, so we didn't see the rum portion of the tour. The atv part was so beautiful and secluded. We thought it was the perfect length of time. Then floating at the cenote was so refreshing. Carlos and Akexander took great care of us and let us add more time at the beach club at the end of the tour. They were so flexible and such great guides. We highly recommend this excursion! What a great combination of activities.

Fernando was a fantastic...
Fernando was a fantastic guide! He had a lot of information about the area its history. As a local, you could tell that he has a lot of passion for his island and wants people to love it as much as he does. He answered all of our questions and was super friendly and helpful. We were there celebrating my partners' birthday and he made sure that we ended at the beach club with tequila shots and cake :). He was also a great photographer and took pics of us in all the pretty places along the way. We had a really great time and would definitely recommend to friends. Muchas gracias, Fernando!

Undersea adventure
This is the most fabulous excursion I’ve ever done. You have a helmet to breathe and it keeps you on the bottom. You are maybe 20-25’ downd. The fish are awesome. As you walk along the ocean floor they point out different things and let you hold the specimens. A conch shell with traveller, a rock crab and this crazy thing that was a cross between a daddy longlegs and a shrimp. Yes I bought the video!!!

Yarden - Excellent guide. Tour not so bad.
See if you can ask for Yarden. He was our guide and driver. We had a private car and a tour. Yarden made the entire trip worth it. He is fluent in English. He is very kind, considerate and very (very) knowledgable about Mexican history and Mayan history. He explained so much history. He was very professional and flexible with the entire trip. He is a good human being.
The Cenote was the highlight. The lunch was very good. The snorkeling was not great. The chocolate and tortilla was super lame. Just a way to make a tip. This part of the trip is a real scam.
Overall, the Cenote was great but only if you decide to jump. My 8 and 10 year old jumped and we also jumped and it was the highlight of the entire tour. Meeting Yarden was also a highlight.
