We had an excellent day exploring Cairo with Mimo and Adel. Mimo was a fantastic guide — very knowledgeable, engaging, and great at explaining the history in a way that was easy to follow and interesting. He paced the day really well and made sure we covered all the key highlights without feeling rushed. Adel was equally great as our driver — always on time, friendly, and made navigating Cairo’s traffic feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, the whole experience was seamless, enjoyable, and very well organised. Highly recommend both Mimo and Adel for anyone visiting Cairo!

If you want to have an opportunity to see the sights of the Fayoum deserts, waterfalls, a ride on a fishing boat, a slide down a sand dune, and a stop by a pottery shop, then this trip is for you. After about 2.5 hours each way via a private car (it’s just you not a group tour!), we reached our destinations. The roads can be quite bumpy, so be prepared for fast and furious Egypt style.

The drivers and tour guide were excellent. We were picked up from our hotel at the time specified in a comfortable car. The guide was informative and friendly. We got a welcome drink of tea at the desert camp (which also has good clean facilities) and then went on the 4x4 trip through the desert, up and down the sand dunes at speed which 3 of us absolutely loved and one of us was slightly terrified by! The valley of the whales was an interesting place and the lunch in the Bedouin tent was excellent, followed by a visit to the waterfall.

Ibrahim our guide was brilliant. He was so knowledgeable about the history of the sites. He tailored the trip to meet our needs. He was also super friendly and we genuinely had a great day talking to him. I would 100% recommend this tour. Also the car was super clean, and I felt really safe with the driver.

We had such a great day with Ibrahim. Everything just ran really smoothly from start to finish. He took us to the Grand Egyptian Museum, then the pyramids, camel rides and the pacing was just right. We never felt rushed, and covered all the main highlights, he definitely knew what he was doing! He’s genuinely kind and easy to be around, and he did an awesome job keeping my two boys engaged and entertained the whole time. He was also accommodating and flexible, which we really appreciated. Honestly, I’d highly recommend him.

This tour was definitely a highlight of our week in Cairo for our family of 6! Our tour guide, Mirna B. was very knowledgeable, and was also kind and helpful with our 4 children, buying them snacks, helping us carry extra jackets, and making sure the children were safe in the crowds the entire time. The story of St. Simon the Tanner is incredible, we learned so much visiting the Cave Church in Garbage City. This is one of the most unique sights in Cairo, definitely a must see!! Getting to visit where Mary, Joseph, and Jesus stayed when they fled to Egypt, and even seeing the well where they got their water from, was truly an experience our family will never forget. After a few days of visiting pyramids and museums, it was beautiful to witness the fervor, enthusiasm, and the devotion of the Christian community in Cairo and to spend some time teaching our children about the ancient roots of their faith here. 100% recommend!

We had an absolutely incredible time on this private tour covering Saqqara, Dahshur, Memphis, and the Giza Plateau. It was a seamless and enriching experience from start to finish. Our guide, Hazim, was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and shared deep insights into the history of each site that we never would have discovered on our own. He was also very helpful and patient, making sure we got the best views and photos. Our driver, Daniel, was also wonderful. He was very nice, professional, and made us feel safe navigating the busy roads between the different sites. Having such a friendly and reliable team made the day completely stress-free. We started our journey at Saqqara, which was the perfect way to begin before heading south to the Pyramids of Dahshur and the open-air museum at Memphis. Ending the day at the Giza Pyramids and the Sphinx was a dream come true. The route was well-planned and allowed us to see the evolution of pyramid building in a single day. The included lunch was a buffet-style meal and it was fresh, traditional, and had great taste. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comprehensive, private, and high-quality tour of Egypt’s most iconic landmarks!
