Now we know a guy!
Bobby’s genuine stories of the neighborhood added the perfect touch to this amazingly delicious food tour. Every time we stopped at a location and listened to his memories and stories locals would stop by and say hi and give him a hug or a pat on the back. His knowledge of the neighborhood was immense and his stories, heartwarming. The stops that he took us to and the food that we ate were authentic and traditional. We try to do a food tour wherever we go and Bobby and the North End food tour is in our top five! Now we can say, “we know a guy“!

Wicked good seafood tour
This was a really fun tour with lots of great seafood. Our guide, Robyn, was very entertaining and had lots of great insights on the city. You'll do 4 stops and try clam chowder, bluefin tuna rolls, oysters, fish tacos, and lobster rolls. Would absolutely recommend to others.

Lived up to the name
He may be a little late but you know it when he gets there. The name of the tour lives up to the title, my kids are older and enjoyed it. You get authentic stories of the neighborhood and some really good food. In reality, you don’t walk very far from the meeting place.

We had a fantastic...
We had a fantastic experience on Paula’s North End Boston Food & History Tour! The food stops were excellent, with generous portions and delicious offerings at every location. What really made the tour special was Paula’s storytelling. She blended fascinating historical information with personal anecdotes that brought the neighborhood to life and kept everyone engaged throughout the tour.
The combination of great food, local history, and Paula’s warm, knowledgeable presentation made this a truly worthwhile experience. We left full, informed, and with a much deeper appreciation for Boston’s North End. Highly recommend!

Great food and history
We got a private tour just due to it being a slow day and it was great. My 18 year old son enjoyed it. Food was good, and several things I wouldn’t have tried on my own otherwise, although we did have to share a number of things rather than getting our own portions. It was plenty of food for me but my son was still hungry afterwards.
Overall a great tour with good history of the area. About a mile of walking.

Fun to explore South End
Great way to explore the South End neighborhood. Tried 5 different spots and learn about the history of the area. Our guide Katie was very enthusiastic and fun! I went by myself and met some other great people on the tour. Good idea for an afternoon if you've already done all the "Freedom Trail" and North End sites.

Highly recommend this tour!
This was such a fun tour!! I had never heard of a donut tour before but was told other cities also have them. So glad we went on this one in Boston. We were able to taste many donuts from a variety of bakeries. But also had a wonderful, informational tour of Boston. What a great combination.

Fun wander in Boston with Sean D
We had a great day with Sean Delaney. He kept a good pace and energy level and connected with each tour participant. The bites were tasty, mixed with loads of local history and storytelling. We got lots of ideas and suggestions for the rest of our trip. I would highly recommend this tour and Sean for your visit to Boston.

Highly recommend this tour
Great tour with fun history, a lot of food and a nice amount of walking around the city. Katie (#102, apparently 2 Katies work for this company) was friendly, knowledgeable and a great guide. She made everyone feel comfortable and provided a lot of fun history facts about the city as well as its food but was not overpowering. The food was great and there was a lot of it. You definitely do not need a meal after this tour and it is coordinated to almost start with an appetizer, the beans and brown bread and end with dessert. The boston cream pie. All of the food was very good and each stop came with history about the food at that location. Katie also mentioned the history of some other restaurants that we didn’t stop at. There is an option to add two beers to your tour ticket and they space it out well. The beers are at stop one and three. There are 4 food stops on this tour. I have done food tours in many cities and this one ranks as one of the best. I will definitely be trying more of their tours.
