Fab tour to get taste of Saint Emilion
What an awesome tour with Sonia!!!! Wegl gave her a bit of a stress, arriving late, but she handled it so well. We met wonderful people from England, Germany and Dallas. Enjoyed the tour emensely, got a lot of info and tasted fab wine, especially from small family owned, organic Chateau le Chatelet. Met the owner, Virginie, and she was just wonderful, funny, informative and great conversationalist. The vine was outstanding, great that they ship to US at a very reasonable cost. Loved it. Sylvie our driver was excellent! Very engaging and sweet! Gave us a great history of the village of St Emilion and little walking tour. The host at the chateau was likewise engaging and humorous! We loved learning about what influences grapes and the wine making process.

Wine tour Bordeaux
What an amazing day we had. And along the drive Paolo enlightened us with history and knowledge of the grape growing and vineyards of Bordeaux. We had three tasting and visited two Chateaux’s. As it was harvest time we got to pick and taste a couple of different grapes. This was a highlight for me.

Latishia was extremely...
Latishia was extremely knowledgeable about the wines of Bordeaux, wine making techniques and the wine regions of France. She was very pleasant and offered suggestions for wine bars upon our return to Bordeaux. We visited Chateau Bellevue in St Emilion for tastings and then she offered a brief tour of the village of St Emilion before allowing free time to explore. Highly recommend

Bordeaux’s bold, fruity reds are world-famous, and where better to enjoy a glass than France’s flagship winegrowing region? Whether visiting a Grand Cru château, strolling or cycling through the vineyards, or accompanied by a cheese platter in a city bar, a Bordeaux wine tasting is the quintessential experience for lovers of French wine. With a guided Bordeaux wine tasting, you’ll learn to distinguish your merlot from your cabernet sauvignon, the importance of “terroir,” and the region’s 57 appellations—all while you sip fine reds (and maybe a few white and rosé wines, too).
