Everything is run very smoothly. The glass of wine that comes with the ticket is very small. It’s a river so the boat is very stable. The skipper and crew and storyteller are all very professional.

Wonderfully relaxing, informative and pleasant experience. Smoothly sailing by Bordeaux and learning a bit more in depth information of its famous history, while sipping a glass of wine is not hard to do. Well narrated, very clean boat and nice employees. Highly recommend. It’s a nice break from the cobbled streets on your feet.

It was enjoyable but perhaps a bit dear for what it is. The tour guide was very helpful and his commentary was relevant and amusing in places. The tour left on time and back dead on time. All in all a reasonable tour.

It was such an enjoyable and amazing experience. The view of the lovely city of Bordeaux from the river, The tour guide's narration of the history of the city, the spectacular silhouette of the historic buildings against the magnificent sunset... so beautiful.

This was a wonderful way to see the city from a different point of view. The canales and one free drink were a great snack along the way. The guide was a bit hard to hear at times. We got some great photos from this tour.

Aulien was a fun and informative guide on our 1.5 hour river cruise. He gave us a lot of local historical and current information. The snack and wine made the cruise extra special! Highly recommend!

To be fair the river and riverscape are not the most attractive I have seen. The tour host spoke in English and French and did a pretty fair job. However, at the end I was a bit put off when she was standing at the exit with a hat for tips. I don't like the pushy aspect of coaxing for tips.

It was a great cruise . They offered us a canalé pastry at teh beginning before boarding and we got to chose wherever you sit and they gave us a card to redeem a glass of wine of yoir choosing. The live commentary both in French and English was great ! Overall a very pleasant stroll down the Garonne River !

So, the cruise itself is pretty underwhelming, but I enjoyed being on a boat for an hour and a half. The view of the city for the first few minutes is lovely, but, after that it’s old boats, cranes, average looking buildings. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and had perfect English, the tour is very reasonably priced and you get a free drink of your choice included, so it’s good value. Obviously my view is subjective and others seem to have enjoyed it

The boat ride was good, but the location for boarding had been changed and was a 20 minute walk from the stated departure location and i was not notified.

The meeting place given by Viator is out of action along with the Quai where you board the boat. The pickup point is a little further down the river bank. We did see a boat moored with the relevant company name but this did not resemble the boat on the website (no upper deck) I think improvement can be made here but appreciate that the changes are probably due to the local road/tram works.

Great excursion. The young woman who was our guide was fantastic. We learned so much from her about the history of Bordeaux. Good value for money. The weather was beautiful so it made the trip even more special.

...be aware of the meeting point directions as they were deceiving for the correct location being out by about 100mrs...I suggest one walk the wharf just in case...otherwise every thing was smooth sailing once on board...the MC was very educational in all aspects relating to the surrounds of the river...it was a nice touch to quaff a glass back whilst on the return leg...
