Even though we were short...

Even though we were short on time as we had to go catch a train. Our tour guide Peter was great and was very good with answering all of our random questions about the forbidden city and China in general. There was a mishap with the meeting location which was our fault but we ended up skipping the Tiananmen Square and went straight to the Forbidden City. We had a good 1 -1.5hrs to walk around and view all of the main attractions such as the forecourts and emperors palace. We would 100% recommend booking this tour and would do so again if we are back in Beijing.

Lifetime experience

Tour was amazing, very educational, smooth pickup and drop off. Shoutout to our tour guide Bruce! He helped us get to the wall and gave us 1.5h to explore on our own. On the way up you take chair lift and on the way down you can choose chair lift or tobbogan.

Amazing tour and great food! FOOD!

Our tour guide was Katherine and our driver was Su. They were both very kind and helpful; we would definitely recommend them. The tour was educational and the food was amazing. Katherine went above and beyond to help us buy things/navigate during the tour given we don’t speak /understand Chinese. We liked that Katherine customized it for us and we were able to go to stops along the way, like the tea ceremony and convenience stores. The tour felt like there was a great amount of effort put into our experience. We also suggest doing the 7:30, because normally for a lot of the attractions they get crowded by 9:00. Definitely one of the best tours we have ever been on not only in China but even in other countries! Truly a VIP experience!

Absolutely fantastic...

Absolutely fantastic experience. Our driver was lovely. Was at our hotel ontime bright and early at 6:30am. He organised our tickets for the lift and told us to just take our time and enjoy the beautiful scenery. I highly recommend booking this tour and getting the earliest time of 6:30am. We were leaving when many of the crowds were just arriving. Was a great experience being on the wall with no other tourists. Easier to take pictures!

Kathy is an incredibly professional guide providing historical information and practical tips to ensure an excellent experience at Great Wall. Punctual, ensured we avoided long queues by leaving early and also queuing on our behalf to take toboggan down, also took trouble to explain the dynasties and key info to understand historical events. Tea ceremony was also a nice surprise to round off the day. We highly recommend!

Best tour in Beijing 10/10

The best tour to see the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven and Summer Palace! Sally was so kind with us, letting us walk at our pace and enjoy our time. And she knows where the best spots for photos are! She also shared so many insightful tips and information, we learned a lot about the history of China. The dumpling restaurant was delicious too! And our driver was at our meeting spot on time, his car is super clean and he had water and a charging cable ready for us. Our experience was hassle free, our reservations for the Forbidden City and tickets to the temples and palaces were all handled for us. No need to rush and catch buses or subway. This really made for a special day in Beijing. Great for first timers!

We had an unforgettable...

We had an unforgettable experience on this tour and it is due to Lily being an amazing tour guide! From the start, she greeted us with a warm welcome and made sure we knew the plan for the day. We were able to see all the pandas at the Beijing Zoo since Lily knew the best time of day to visit. Our photos and videos from The Great Wall were breathtaking since she made sure we stopped at all the right spots. On the way back to our hotel, we even made an unplanned stop at a tea house since Lily knew we enjoyed tea and this was another great experience. All in all, we had a wonderful day full of memories for a lifetime and we owe a special thank you to Lily for her care of us during our trip to Beijing. My mom wanted to give her 10 stars!

This is a beautiful part...

This is a beautiful part of the wall to visit, offering a great 6km hike, and fewer crowds than parts of the wall closer to Beijing. Jackie was a great driver, and it was very convenient to hire someone if you’re short on time as this part of the wall is 2-2.5 hours from Beijing.
