We had a wonderful experience with our Viator tour, all thanks to our guide Lucy. She spoke excellent English, which made it very easy for us to understand everything and ask questions along the way. What really stood out was her patience—she took the time to answer all our questions without ever rushing us. Lucy is incredibly knowledgeable about both her job and the history and culture of China. She shared so many interesting insights that made each place we visited even more meaningful. She also ensured we visited all the attractions included in our ticket without any hassle, and everything was well-organized from start to finish. We truly enjoyed the entire experience and would highly recommend Lucy and the Lily Tour Company to anyone planning a tour.

Wonderful experience. My driver, Arien was Amazing. He went out of his way to make everything perfect. I selected pick up time from my Beijing Central hotel for 6AM and it was the best decision I made. Arien was there to pick up me right on time. The drive to the entrance was about 1 hour and 20 minutes from my hotel and we got there right before it was open. He literally drop my off right in front of it, from specific entrance( VIP part of the service) instead of having to take the entrance shuttle bus. He got me a chairlift and toboggan ticket, which I later paid him with WeChat pay. So worth. It was very fun! He gave me all the good tips and recommendations on how to explore the wall, and the best watch towers to go. At the end we had some extra time and I asked him if we could stop at a tea house on the way. He took me to a small village’s tea ceremony. Very cool! We had great conversations in the car and his english was very good! Going to the wall in the early morning is yhe best option. Got there at 7:30 am was very peaceful and not many people at all. By the time I came back down (around 9:30 am) it was full of people and very busy. GO EARLY in the day and with a private driver is the way to go! 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Our driver was lovely. Was at our hotel ontime bright and early at 6:30am. He organised our tickets for the lift and told us to just take our time and enjoy the beautiful scenery. I highly recommend booking this tour and getting the earliest time of 6:30am. We were leaving when many of the crowds were just arriving. Was a great experience being on the wall with no other tourists. Easier to take pictures!
