The booking process was easy and straightforward, with clear instructions sent ahead of time. What a day! It’s an hour and a half tour. Omar was fantastic, he gave very in depth information, and was extremely charismatic. He made the tour exciting and fun. If you are on the fence about booking La Sagrada Família tour, please do it. What a beauty the building was. You meet before the tour begins and your tour guide will bring you to the outside of the church and offer you explanations for the many symbolic designs on the exterior of the church. Then you go inside and dissect the internal symbolism. I have never seen anything like this in my life before. Truly spectacular!

I missed my connecting flight to Barcelona due to late departure of my flight from Australia, which meant I also missed the originally booked and pre-paid airport pick up. However, even though the booking conditions did not allow for changes less than 24 hours in advance, I was very relieved and happy to get a message from my driver Malick after arriving at Barcelona airport around midnight letting me know he had arrived and was waiting. He was warm and happy to have a chat on the way to my hotel and went out of his way to make me comfortable after an almost 40 hour journey. Highly recommended.

I used this transportation company for a pre-arranged ride from my hotel to the cruise port, as this was my first time in Barcelona and I was unfamiliar with the area. My driver arrived a few minutes early, met me in the lobby of my hotel, helped with my luggage, and got me to the pier safely and on time. He was very friendly and chatted with me on the drive. I would highly recommend using this service for anyone traveling to Barcelona for a cruise!

The driver texted me when he arrived early for our early morning pickup in Barcelona. He was friendly and professional and loaded our bags into the car, which was very clean. At first we were concerned because it was actually a metered taxi; but he assured us that everything was paid; and that the city of Barcelona requires meters to be running when in the city. He effortlessly navigated the narrow streets and got us to the airport in no time. As we exited the car, he cautioned us to keep our bags close by, due to pickpockets/thieves who might grab bags and run away - fast. (Thank you, “Taxi Guy”).

We were a group of 14 and had requested two vans. The drivers were extremely punctual, communicative and PATIENT. Our flight arrived on time, but the line for Customs was very long and the computer system went down for about 30 minutes and no one could be processed. Our drivers ended up waiting more than an hour for us. We were texting back and forth the whole time and they were very kind and understanding. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
