Lots of history and religious significance

It was really an informative and cultural heavy tour. I admired the beautiful architecture of the temples and our guide AJ was very knowledgeable about each temple. He gave a lot of insight into the Thai people, Buddhist religion as well as historical significance of some of the other provinces and background of a few of the kings. The only thing that wasn't pleasant was the heat, which though expected was underestimated as March and April are the hottest months for the country. They offered as much water as you needed to keep hydrated, there were also enough restroom stops, and even umbrellas at each temple for you to borrow freely. For the price and duration it was a very good tour.

This is an absolute must!

Amazing experience all around! Comfortable van ride to the location. Knowledgeable guide and we learned so much about each elephant! So many opportunities to feed them and be up close to them and even get in the water with them. Bring a spare set of clothes! Cannot recommend this enough. Lunch was great!

Great day out touring the countryside with Angie. Useful overview of Thai history was provided on the way out and in-depth commentary provided during each temple stop. Very kindly helped to take excellent photos of our group. Only seven on our tour so felt like a private experience. Highly recommended. Was hot due to the time of year but chilled water was provided.

Magical Sunset Experience – A Must-Do from Bangkok!

We had an incredible afternoon exploring Ayutthaya. This was a great way to see the historic capital without the stress of navigating ourselves. The itinerary was well-paced, covering 2-3 major temples followed by a relaxing river sunset cruise. Our guide, asiye-อาเซีย, was funny and informative, sharing stories we wouldn't have known otherwise. The transport from Bangkok was comfortable and air-conditioned, and we added the hotel pickup which I believe was well worth it and was a relief in the heat. The absolute highlight was the sunset boat ride. Seeing the temples illuminated from the water as the sky turned golden was breathtaking and provided some of our best photos. Everything was well-organised, and our guide even helped us with photography. Overall, a solid value for the money and highly recommend for anyone looking for a day trip from Bangkok.

This itinerary was amazing -it packed a lot into 8 hours. We feel like we were immersed in the culture and history of Bangkok and saw the major temples and sights. We were able to customize the itinerary to include a sight we were interested in. Our guide, Bella, was very knowledgeable and tuned in to our preferences. It was very pleasant spending the day with her. We were in a very comfortable luxury van with a skilled driver. Overall and excellent day in Bangkok.

Beautiful Waterfalls

Very well organised and presented by Tank. I felt the time allocated at each stop was enough for what it was: 25mins at the JEATH war museum 50mins at the Kwai bridge (timed to coninside with a passing train) 4hrs at the waterfalls. Nice air conditioned mini bus and water provided for the return journey. Left to own devices at locations, you don't have to hang out with the guide or the other punters. There is a suggersted restaurant at an extra cost for dinner which I opted out of. Note for waterfalls - take some slip on shoes/flip flops, as you'll be walking between waterfalls & dipping in & out of the pools. You'll be swimming with fishes, big and small, expect your feet & ankles to be nibbled. Be careful in the waterfalls as the rocks are very slippery - you could easily fall & sprain a wrist. There are lockers available at the start of the trail, but if you don't have one, any valueables will be left at the side of the waterfall whilst you swim - there are lots of creepy crawlies which could get into your bag.

We really enjoyed this tour in the ancient capital of Thailand. We booked the earlier tour and even if we were the only tourists who booked it, the tour still went ahead. We were really grateful for it. The guide was very knowledgeable and brought to life the different temples plus let us choose the pace of visit. The mix of ancient temples is fascinating and they are all worth visiting! Overall this was our best day around the Bangkok area

If I could give Kim six stars I would!! She was fantastic!!

I’ve never had a private tour guide for a city tour, but because of how great my experience was with Kim,after this, I ended up hiring private tour guides in many other locations! Kim set a high bar for service, knowledge and personality! I am so thrilled I had her as my tour guide!! When she arrived, we sat down and planned our day based on what I wanted to see and do. She offered suggestions for activities and a route. She talked upfront about how much it would cost to get into activities to make sure that I had enough cash on hand. She made a point to take the train for part of our trip so that I would be familiar with how it operated and even told me the route I would need later that evening for another excursion I was doing. She is so fun and so informed about the city and the culture of Thailand. It was fascinating!! Kim has well-established relationships with many vendors and at points of interest, so we had expedited entrance to the Royal Palace as well as two of the most beautiful temples!! She’s got a great energy about her and a terrific sense of humor, and I had a blast with her all day! In fact, she was so great that I hired her for the following day to take my friend and I to the floating markets and the railroad market! And again, because she had such great relationships with people there we were able to get a perfect spot to stand protected at the railroad market, which is quite a scene and she took us off the beaten path into the less touristy markets in behind those, which was really fascinating! Also, she gave us a lot of insight into the market culture and people of Bangkok, in general. And as a bonus, she also took us to a coconut farm where we got to see how coconut sugar is made and walk through a traditional Thai house. If I could give Kim six stars I would!! I recommend this activity for the following reason: Hotel pick-up highly recommended, and although there's an end drop point, drive and guide go above and beyond by dropping at near to your hotel as possible. Though, return is in Bangkok's intense traffic, I recommend dropping yourself at the nearest MRT or BTS station. Then, each stop is allowed more than enough time to explore with freedom. If you desire more information about what you see, let the guide know, and he will provide you the history. Enjoy

Best experience

This was the best thing we did while visiting Bangkok. We did it on our very first day and I would highly recommend the experience. We got to try a lot of foods we wouldn’t otherwise know how to order, and in an area we would not have known to explore. We got to travel by water taxi and tuk tuk which was a lot of fun too. Annie and Preme were amazing and made the experience even better. They were kind, funny and accommodating. They made everybody feel comfortable and excited and we are so happy we got them as our guides. Thank you!!

Great tour on a hot day.

This is a wonderful experience. The train ride is great but the portion where it goes through the market is not to be believed. So much fun. And then to see the vendors pull their stalls back down was great. The floating market was great. Great to see. It was a full day with all the travel.
