Lin was friendly and thoughtful & the driver Kevin was helpful! Lin even made sure there was time to pause for memorable photos. She took her time with the photos to ensure satisfactory results! Lin also offered suggestions for hidden gems. The only downside was she constantly was asking for us to leave a review. Her pleasant personality made up for constant ask. Would recommend Lin and Kevin!

We chose the luxury option for our tour, and it was absolutely worth it! From start to finish, everything was seamless and comfortable. Jim, was amazing—knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. She even acted as our personal photographer throughout the day, which was such a thoughtful touch and gave us some wonderful memories to look back on.
The gentleman who drove us around was fantastic too—professional, courteous, and made the ride smooth and enjoyable. Both Jim and our driver truly made the experience special. We had so much fun and couldn’t have asked for a better team to show us around. Highly recommend!

Company was very accommodating as there wasn’t enough people booked and were to cancel but we asked to purchase extra tickets which they agreed and we ended up having a private tour. We had a driver and tour guide pick up and drop off from our hotel so very convenient. Tour guide was very nice, however we felt we could be told more information, it was quite limited. We were often reminded about tips and how much things cost and that we are lucky to have a private tour which felt unprofessional. We almost didn’t go to coconut farm because of later start time (but no one in the office told us that would be the consequence) but when we raised with tour guide he agreed to go there. Not sure why we wouldn’t go there as it’s very close to the market. We went there and it was nice but the farm shop is extremely expensive. I don’t mind supporting local businesses and always buy something small locally, but this almost felt like a scam (for sugar, coconut crisps and small soap we paid 1000 bhat). There’s no prices on the products so maybe if buying something ask beforehand. Overall the trip was great for accommodating private tour, but it was average on the day.

The actual markets are great but for a private tour I expected a guide who could communicate with me . Although the guide was kind and did her best it made it hard for us to ask questions and communicate and be curious about different things we have never seen , it was more of a taxi who took us from point a to point b but not a tour .

The train ride to Railway Market.

We took a private tour. Jim is attentive. She told us where to sit in the train so that we have a better view. She bought snacks for us to try. Took a lot of photos for us.
However, she didn't really explain much during our tour. Other guides seems to be more enthusiastic. The van is not comfortable. The seats are not comfortable and aircon is hot. I know the weather is hot but we joined other tours too and the van are much better. We were also not provided any drinks in the van.
We visited all places as stated in the itinerary. Had more knowledge about the salt farm and coconut sugar.

It resulted as a tourists’ trap! We booked a private guided tour, but sadly our guide was completely useless. She stayed on her phone all day long and did not provide any information whatsoever, despite my family and I asked questions. We even directly inquired for more explanations, as we were keen on discovering the cultural elements surrounding us, even the basics of where we were, but to little avail. We wanted to know what we were seeing, but we were only told that a train was indeed a train, and the floating market is on the water.
On top of that, she left us on our own when we were in the market instead of coming with us explaining what was surrounding us, and when she was around she was taking personal calls or doing personal shopping.
It was full of tourists and they always had a guide explaining things- the little I managed to learn was through eavesdropping them instead, while our “guide” was on her own or taking care of her own shopping. Going with a private car would have been more convenient, as we paid more than 240 euros for this!
This is not the kind of treatment I was expecting after travelling from the other side of the world to see this specific attraction. It would have been great to learn something, and instead we are left with a huge missed opportunity to carry back home.
Finally, we were rushed all day and told to “calm down” only to be brought back to the hotel even sooner than the end of the tour.
We asked to be at least partially refunded, but they replied saying they could not.

However, you requested a tour in Chiang Mai instead, that is a tour with the monks’ morning elmos, Doi Inthanon, and a stop at Bo Sang umbrella making centre. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we are unable to fulfill your request for a tour in Chiang Mai, as we do not operate in that province.

We did the group tour in April. It was a great trip. Our guide was great, spoke good English and managed to get us to the Railway Market about 20mins before a train came in. It was cool to see it transform from a market to a train track. After the train passed, we had time to shop (seemed like a good place for good price souvenirs) and there was a local toilet (guide helped to show me where the toilet was). The Floating Market was a brilliant experience; we bought a beer from a boat that was going in the opposite direction (which was lots of fun). There are toilets available near the floating market that were clean enough and just required a small payment to use e.g. 5-10 Thai baht. We did not eat from the market area as we had taken snacks with us. It would appear that the souvenirs at the floating market are expensive compared to other places but we did see people haggling the price down and they managed to get a better deal. We had plenty of time at each stop. This was a very good trip and good value for money. I would recommend it.

We loved this tour! My family (including four kids ages 9-17) had a wonderful day. The train market and the floating market are unique experiences we won’t forget! Our tour guide, Nok, was communicative before the trip and easy to link up with. She was friendly, has a great sense of humor, and is knowledgeable about everything we saw. I booked this tour for husband, daughter and myself. It may have been the best tour or our 17 day trip around Thailand. The tour was private and focused on my family. I didn’t realize that when I booked. The price was great and the guide was amazing! She was knowledgeable and friendly. We visited a Salt farm and Coconut farm. These were brief and fun. The Train market and float market was everything we were expecting and more. We even got to sample several treats along the trip without extra charge. I can’t say enough about our awsome guide! Every recommendation she gave us was delicious!!!! From the fruit to the mango sticky rice to the meal at the end of our tour, everything was outstanding and I couldn’t have asked for more. She even told us where to shop and help us get a good deal.

The tour itself was good. We enjoyed the three stops and visiting the two markets. Our guide had everything organized in a too tight manner, we didn’t have at any point not even 1 minute to explore any of the stops ourselves, making us feel rush all the time.
In the floating market, we stayed 35 min (opposite to the 1h plus listed in the itinerary) and when we wanted to stop to buy mango sticky rice, we didn’t and told us later later but that never happened,
On the way back, all the participants were dropped at a point far from the hotels where we were staying. Since we passed really close to our hotel with the van, we asked if we could be dropped off there but our request was once again ignored.
In general the tour is ok, but there are many aspects to improve in terms of customer service

Great experience visiting the Railway Market and the Floating Market. Real fun and excitement as the train arrives at the market, hundreds waving and taking photo's. You spend approx 45 mins walking through the market and then watch the train drive back through the market.
Good fun on motor boat driving through canal streets of the Floating Market, not much opportunity to buy anything.
Our tour guide Jim had everything well organised.
Its a long journey there but broken up with a stop at the Salt plains and Coconut Sugar Farm.
Definitely worth a trip there.

Poppy, our guide was extremely bubbly and interactive.
The railway market although a bit chaotic is a must have experience. The coconut farm was very interesting with tasty treats but the highlight was the floating markets. The ride in the boat and seeing the houses on the canal was amazing. The downside about the floating market is that we couldn't really buy anything due to the excessive tourists boats down the canal but still a memorable experience and the items at the floating are similar around bangkok in any event but would have loved the opportunity to reach out and buy an item or two from the floating market boats just for the thrill.

Loved the railroad market to see how fast they open and close their shops when the train goes by and loved the floating market to see how busy it was and everyone was cool and calm and helped each other maneuver through the canal. Our tour guide Tip was amazing and she bought us Mango with sticky rice which was absolutely delicious.

The train arrival in the market was unbelievable! I had read about this but you have to experience it in person to fully appreciate it. Then the floating market was beyond my wildest imagination. What a wonderful day and these experiences I will always treasure. Our guide, Pui, did an excellent job of helping me with my mobility issues. He also took wonderful [pictures of me and my adult son at every stop on the tour as well as positioning us for the best shots. We learned so much from Pui and thoroughly enjoyed his explanations during the tour.
