Pickup is available from Calgary downtown, the Canmore area, Banff town, and Lake Louise Village. If you require a different pickup location, please choose your preferred location or contact us in advance to arrange your pickup. If you are staying at a hotel, resort, or other accommodation, please wait in the main lobby during your morning pickup. For your convenience, your personal driver-guide will contact you one day before the tour to confirm the exact pickup time, provide detailed pickup instructions, and share their direct contact information. If you have not heard from your driver-guide by the day before your tour, please contact us directly, and we will be happy to assist you. **For Lake Louise pickup, we will travel through Yoho National Park and visit Emerald Lake, Natural Bridge, and the Spiral Tunnels as alternatives to the Banff town stops.

Wild Northern Journeys delivered an exceptional, five-star customized private tour for our family of five on July 22nd. They truly lived up to the name "Premium." Our guide, Andy, was fantastic—well-spoken, friendly, highly knowledgeable, and an expert driver. He arrived right on time and completely customized the itinerary around our needs. Andy even took us to incredible spots we didn't know existed, which ended up being some of our absolute favorites! The tour vehicle was spacious, spotless, and stocked with an abundance of complimentary bottled water. We never felt rushed at any stop, and Andy made sure we felt genuinely valued throughout the day. To top it off, Andy is a great photographer—my wife was thrilled with the photos he took of our family. I have no doubt Wild Northern Journeys will continue to grow and succeed. Highly recommended!

Andy and Anju are amazing hosts. Anju personalised our itinerary and guided us through the entire trip. She showed us some amazing places and hidden gems. She was cordial, friendly and accommodative. Her car was sparkling clean and super comfortable. She went above and beyond to make sure we experience the best of Banff landscape and wildlife. I'd highly recommend her if you're looking for an amazing Banff experience.

We took this private Banff tour as a family of 4 and it is BY FAR the best way we could have experienced Banff! My daughter said that out of a 5 star rating, Andy (our tour guide) made this tour 30 stars out 5. I couldn’t agree more! We saw an impressive amount of sites in 1 day and were in awe of each any every one. Andy made this trip so easy for us educating us on each location, showing us the best views and even took the BEST pictures for us. With preferred parking and Andy’s expertise, We saw 3x the sites in one day than we would have been able to do on our own in 1 day. We even saw some hidden locations off the beaten path that we never would have found on our own. We will be recommending this tour to friends who plan to come in the future. Incredible experience!!
