They didn’t pick us up.
They were apologetic when I contacted them. Technical hitch apparently. We couldn’t reschedule as we were leaving Banff the next morning

Max and Kaya provided us excellent service, showed genuine interest on us as a family travelling together. Their warmth more than made up for Lake Louise being totally frozen when we went there. Kids had great fun with the snowball fights.

Jeff was an excellent tour guide. Friendly, knowledgeable, told great stories and gave lots of historical information along the drive. Lake Louise is lovely, even in the snow and cold. Jeff took photos for us and was generally a highly experienced person to lead the tour. Really recommend Jeff's tours.

I’m not sure what I was expecting, but we could have driven to Lake Louise via the Bow Valley Parkway, and explored Lake Louise on our own. Not much commentary was given to even really call it a tour. Of course we made a couple of stops along the way (which were fantastic!) and our guide took pics of us together with a fabulous backdrop, so that was nice.

Guide was great but the smoke from forest fires were really heavy. Could not see the mountains. We spent two hours at Lake Louise and that was about it.

Had a great tour & tour guide. Loved the knowledge and pictures. I enjoyed the cookies, but my wife could have used a gluten-free option.
Also, it would help if you post the length of the tour on Viator.
Also, it would have been nice to know the lake was frozen!!!
