We had an excellent time on our excursion and our guide was amazing. We booked pur excursion through Viator and ForeverVacation Bali, who operated our private tour, was terrific. They contacted us shortly after we made the booking with Viator, and were excellent at ensuring we had all the information we needed. Our tour guide and driver, Verry, was wonderful! A terrific young man who drove us safely all around, for 12 hours to all the highlighted spots. He was kind, knowledgeable, and a wonderful host for our day. Going to Gate of Heaven was a huge highlight, along with the waterfall, swing, rice fields and coffee plantation. He took pictures for us to ensure we could enjoy the moments rather than try to focus on getting pictures ourselves. It was fantastic and he got some amazing pictures. This tour was truly an experience you don't want to miss. Originally we were supposed to be picked up at 6:00 am but they suggested 4:00 am so we could get to the Gate of Heaven early for tickets as it's gets very busy and hot. It was a 2 hour drive from our hotel, so we arrived around 5:45 am, got our tickets and went up the hill to enter. We were #36 for the main picture experience which was about a 90 minute wait to our number. Within an s short time, they were well over ticket #100 and a 4 hour wait, so we felt really fortunate we got there early. Every place we went was just a great experience and fascinating. Honestly, one of the best excursions we've done in our travels. When we go back to Bali next year, we will be booking them again. Viator also always comes through with great excursion operators that are trusted and reliable. We have used Viator many times for the last 12 years all over the world, and they are terrific. We've always had solid service and experiences with them and their tour operators. Thanks again Viator and ForeverVacation Bali for such a great experience! Highly recommend them!

We had a great morning snorkelling in the blue lagoon. Our guide Dika was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us lots of info about the island as we travelled. The staff on the boat were great too and made sure we were safe and saw many types of fish. My friend was lucky enough to see a sea turtle. We also visited a beautiful waterfall on our tour. We would highly recommend.

Highly recommend booking a tour if visiting Uluwatu temple. From booking the experience on the website, receiving confirmation email, details about pick up or where we had to meet the guide- these were all very smooth. We were staying in Nusa Dua so they couldn’t pick us up from the resort , we organised our own transport and met the guide Kadek Pedro. He was funny, knowledgeable abd prepared us for the experience He warned us about the cheeky monkeys and ensured we looked after our belongings He shared lots of info about the temple, its history, the monkeys, and also ensured we had great viewing spots to watch the dance . Having a guide meant we didn’t wonder around aimlessly, which made it a positive experience Highly recommend booking a tour - you won’t regret it especially if you’re lucky enough to get Kadek Pedro!
