Too many activities for one day. You can't enjoy them properly when you have to rush. Taking in the enormity of the scenery and places you visit is very time restricting, like, 1 hour at the hotsprings for example is not enough especially when that involves having your welcome drink and getting changed etc. What we did get to do though was very cool
Recommend doing some of these as individual activities with longer time frames

Long day with lots of traffic with some great sights. All experiences as expected. The hot springs, were totally magic and worth it on its own.

It was a not a very pleasant experience. Rather it was a disaster.Car broke down on our way to Batur Springs. We were left there. When we are paying that much money car should be checked thoroughly before being provided to customers. As a result we were not able to enjoy the trip at all. Also all itenaries could not be completed as a result of time wasted due to car break down. So we like our money refunded. I did not want to write the review but ultimates thought otherwise so that same should not happen to other customers.

We arranged for a replacement vehicle to take you to your next destinations, including Monkey Forest Ubud, Pura Tirta Empul, Rice Terrace Tegalalang, and Hot Spring, with minimal disruption to your schedule. As per your previous request, we skipped the waterfall, swing, and tea and coffee time, which were part of the original itinerary.

I had such a great time with Ketut on put adventures yesterday! He was very friendly, professional and he's also a terrific photographer! He took me to places that were on my bucket list, such as the Monkey Forest where the less aggressive monkeys live. I even enjoyed the Batur hot springs! It was like being in paradise. I love that the tour was exclusive to me.
The o ly drawback was the grueling traffic, which had some bearing on our day and getting to certain places. Nonetheless, it was a great tour!

We chose this tour because it was the only one we saw that had it all and transportation was included for a great price. We were picked up from our villa and taken for an all day tour of Bali. It was a long day lasting 12 hours start to finish but it was amazing and so fun. We saw and experienced everything from a photo shoot at the swings over the river, to feeding monkeys in Ubud, to hiking and going in the waterfall, to coffee and tea tasting at the plantation, to shopping at local shops, to seeing the water ritual at the temple (but we couldn’t go into the water because that takes hours), with it all ending at the Batur volcano in the hot springs which we went in and enjoyed for over an hour. It was the best day ever and our driver and tour guide Ketut was amazing. He was so nice and knowledgeable. He took so many pictures and walked in the waterfalls to get them. Such a nice guy, good sport and safe driver. He really was the best. We cannot recommend this tour enough if you only have a day to experience it all. You can stop for lunch and pay for that but we chose not to to get it all in and just brought snacks but it is a long long day and hours of driving so definitely book it and come prepared with several spare clothes, snacks and fancy dresses for the swings.

Our guide, Moyo, was very friendly and professional. Thanks to him we spent a wonderful and unforgettable day in Bali. The view of Batur mount and lake from the hot springs is so relaxing and very recommended.

Pictures on the swings were amazing. The guys did an amazing job using your own phone. The hot springs was very peaceful and relaxing. The monkey sanctuary was fun as well. However, our tour guide did not stop at the Pura Tirta Empul temple and the rice fields even though I asked multiple times about it on the day of the tour. Instead he took us to two places that was not on the itinerary to shop and drink tea which are two things I didn't want to do. Even when asked if we would have time to do the things on the original itinerary that we booked, he assured us that we would have time and then at the end of the day told us the two places will be closed. He took 3 hours to go from Ubud to Kuta because he wanted to avoid traffic on the main roads. ( this was over an hour longer than it should be). We were told we would get back at about 7pm and we didn't return back to the hotel until after 9pm. Overall, Disappointed with the tour itinerary and not getting what I paid for. I did, however enjoy three out of the six stops we made. Transparency and better planning by the tour guide would of been appreciated.

And after our deep investigation with our Guide Personally Mr. Ketut Ari, he already maximized all chance to cover during your tour, and a big reason why there is missed places which is 1 place during the tour that because not enough time due you have spent longer then planned time in the main attraction of Monkey forest, and also the time at the swing. Ketut clarified that you have been informed well regarding the closed time for the temple which is 5.00 Pm is last entry and you where still on the hot spring by 4.45 Pm which is impossible to get to the temple from hot spring. And complimentary tea and Coffee afternoon is listed on itinerary that stated stop at Tampaksiring as afternoon refreshment after hot spring and if since that is still possible to visit for the tea time Ketut our guide take you there to avoid another missing place you Will state on review. And traffic conditions that is something that we unable to predict . We have double checked that our guide already showing you the rice field and Made stop on it as verification we have GPS record on our vehicle that is provided us accurate data that you have been at the location of the rice terrace✓. And other stated on your feedback that for the time from Ubud to Kuta is take 3 hours and that is also out of our plan according the traffic. Just Because the main road on weekend after 7.00 Pm may everyone going out for dinner and traffic conditions it may incrased like ussual. We fully understand and regarding longer time after scheduled tours we haven't charge any extra hours because it is out of prediction and plan for the traffic issue. And also, we have sent a partial refound ticket attraction following the missing place to visit following your statement on feedback as Tirta Empul Temple and Rice Terrace ticket even Ketut said already take you to visit the rice terrace and swing. We understand with every minutes of your time in Bali is very valuable, and therefore please listen to the instruction of our guide to avoid any kind lost of gold moment on your travel time. Once again, thank you very much for take our tour and we looking forwards to meet you again on another tour to east Bali tomorrow.

We had a great time visiting some of the famous waterfalls in Bali. Our guide Aprio was very informative and fun to talk to. Our favorite was the twin waterfall and being able to swim in the refreshing water. Be prepared to hike some steeps hills. Solid waterproof shoes were essential for us, kind of sucked to hike on rocks , but being able to get wet and continue pushing on was essential. There weren't many bugs at all, to my surprise, since it was the rainy season and we were hiking through the forest . Still wouldn't hurt to wear long pants and shirt / bug spray just in case. Overall great opportunity to see the waterfalls of Bali and highly recommend

We were a group of 7 adults and 1 3yo. We were picked up from our resort in Seminyak on time, our driver Ketut was friendly. We saw some great attractions- the waterfall, rice fields, Mt Batur and the hot springs were all great. We did have some stops that weren’t on the itinerary and we cut the tour short (missed 2 attractions) as my friend became really unwell. Unfortunately it was 4pm and it took us 4 hours to get back to the resort due to traffic and my friend was unwell the whole way back. I’m not sure you can actually fit everything on the intinerary in to 1 day- it was a very long (12hr) day! It was a great day but the traffic at the end of the day kind of ruined it.

Lots to see on this trip. Our excellent driver Putu was very knowledgeable about Bali.
However I think there are too many places to fit in on this trip to enjoy at our leisure. If the traffic had been kinder it wouldn’t have been a problem!! Putu was very patient with us. It was a very long day for us and him! But I wouldn’t have missed it for the world.

The views are breathtaking! This excursion is a must! It would be a good idea to bring your own towel. The hot springs will provide you with one but the waterfall does not. I suggested spending small amounts of time at the other stops so that you can spend more time at the waterfall. There’s a lot of stairs to get to the waterfall but it’s so worth it!

Our guide was Nyomen. He was very knowledgeable and explained all about the different places we visited. We had a fantastic day, the only disappointment was that we ran out of time at the end of the day and couldn’t do the waterfall. However everything else was amazing and this trip is definitely worth doing to see lots of different parts of Bali. Highly recommended!

We loved this trip . We had ADI who was a fantastic tour guide. He was an excellent communicator and tailored the trip to what worked for us . He was also a careful driver and we all had seatbelts .
Highlights for us were lunch looking over Mt Batur, the hot springs and the Holy Water Temple. We learnt a lot about this special place from Adi . I recommend the private car option for this tour so that you can select the places you really want to see and spend more time there rather than try to fit everything in and be rushed

Had the most perfect trip with our tour guide Moyo. Moyo was amazingly helpful in answering the many questions we had about Balinese history and the culture. We had a great tour and it was a good way to squeeze a lot of sites into one day. Our driver was friendly and very knowledgeable but there was a language barrier in places, for example at lunchtime we mentioned we weren't very hungry which then led to us skipping out Mount Batur which I would have liked to have seen.
We were sent a list of the entrance fees before the trip which was useful, but we weren't told about some of the additional charges we were expected to pay until we were already on the trip. We were told at the beginning of the day that if we ran over the 10hours allocated, which includes travel time from and to our hotel, then we would be charged an extra 100,000rph per hour. This was fine, except we were never told we were running late despite us asking at each site how long we had there (which we stuck to). Even at the waterfall which was the last site, we were told by the driver we'd be back at our hotel for 6:30pm. He must have known this was incorrect and we ended up arriving back an hour later and having to pay the additional fee.
I suspect the drivers know the trip will overrun from the outset and find ways to extend it, we were offered additional sites along the trip such as wood carving and batik which we didn't take up. Looking back at the itinerary, I struggle to see how anyone could complete the tour including transfer time within the 10 hours, especially given that we skipped lunch and the happy swing and still ended up being over the time allocated for it. There were also toll taxes we had to pay which we weren't told about before the trip and we didn't go past the elephant cave which was in the itinerary either.
Overall it was a good trip, and I'd definitely recommend the coffee plantation next to the temple if it's offered, but just be prepared to pay extra on the day and for the plans to change slightly. I'd also add that even though it was advertised, there was no wifi available on the trip.

Since he is new guide driver, we deeply apologize for this inconvenienve and also that your hotel located in Nusa Dua south Bali and to go to Ubud, access we have to pass by toll road and will be there no charged and we also will refound for the toll taxes being charged. And wifi available and you can request to our driver to turn on the hot spot in the car if needed and we will followup with extra charged informed for after 10 hours and we will get back to you shortly by personal contact email.

My partner and I booked this trip and had the best time with Ketut! He was extremely informative and took us around to the best hot spots. We learnt a lot and had such a great time. His air con car was a life saver in the heat and we will be recommending Ketut to our friends and family!

I had the best time touring Ubud with Ketut! Great conversation throughout the tour, he was so gracious to explain Balinese culture and provided context on all the places we visited. Very patient at all the stops and as a solo traveller I felt quite safe throughout. There were a few places I decided to skip as it was beginning to rain heavily and he kindly adjusted the tour to accommodate what I really wanted to see. It was an excellent day with a great guide 🙂

Our guide for the tour was Mr Ketut and he was on time to fetch us. Throughout the journey he was very accommodating to adjust the itinerary and was even super helpful in taking pictures for my family and I! We had arrange to get tickets separately and it is averaging 50k per person for entry tickets to the attractions.
Would definitely recommended this tour to see Ubud attractions and even better if you can get Mr Ketut as the guide!
