An Incredible Introduction to Bali
Terrific guide/ driver, Naya, who was charming and informative. Our first stop was a peaceful tea and coffee garden which was a peaceful oasis amid the hubbub of Bali. We tried several delicious teas and coffees which were very refreshing. Next up was Uluwatu Temple. It is located on the coast and was beautiful and Naya knew where to take our best pictures! He also showed us the wonderfully amusing monkies that live on the temple grounds. He the ushered us to the best seats for the Kecak Fire Dance, which was a beautiful spectacle made even more special by the amazing sunset colors! After the show, he took us to Jimbaran Beach for an incredible seafood dinner on the beach. This was a terrific experience made even better by a knowledgable and helpful guide!

Fantastic Driver and Tour.
Bagus jelantik was an excellent driver but did above and beyond where he was knowledgeable about the places I wanted to go to both, in terms of history/culture and in terms of where to line up etc. He also gave me recommendations in which I followed them and I was happy that I did.

Amazing day
Great way to see the city without a large group. You can enjoy Ubud at your own pace. I would highly recommend this excursion. Mudana was punctual and polite and Yuli was the best. She tool every picture, climed every step, and helped us get dressed and all. Great day in Ubud!

Great experience!
The hotel transfer made this trip possible fo me. Agung was an excellent driver. He was on time, polite, and very communicative. His fun personality made the 1.5–2 hour ride to the rafting site fly by.
The whitewater rafting itself was a true adventure! The guide was wonderful, and the whole experience was definitely a highlight of my trip.
However- to get down to raft, had to go down steep steps (many many of them). I had ankle surgery, still not 100% and found it difficult.

Full day Ubud tour
We had an amazing full-day Ubud tour with Yogi! The day started with a visit to a waterfall where we enjoyed fresh, cold coconut water. After that, we stopped at a traditional Balinese home which was interesting to visit. Then we went to the Monkey Forest, which was a lot of fun and a unique experience and we managed to get some amazing photos with the monkeys.
Next we went to the rice terraces and wow this place is absolutely gorgeous!! Our lunch at the restaurant overlooking the jungle was delicious. We went on the famous Bali swing where they even provide a beautiful dress for those perfect Instagram photos—it was such a fun experience!
Our driver and guide, Yogi, was fantastic throughout the entire tour. He explained each place we visited, shared interesting history and insights about Balinese culture and made the whole day smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend touring with Yogi!

A great way to get out of the city and see the island
I was picked up in Canggu and did a tour around Ubud (including multiple waterfalls, monkeys, bats, water temple, rice Paddies, wood and silver working shops). A relatively standard version of what to explore when coming from down in Denpasae I think. I had a great day.
Putu, my guide and driver was excellent - making practical and helpful recommendations based on where I was staying, where we could easily reach and adjusting some destinations based on what interested me more (for example I'm not a big fan of coffee or tea but do like silver things so we switched the plantation out for a silver workshop).
Some practical things to consider (not about this tour specifically and would be relevant for other similar options):
- Multiple options of where to go where available? However, the amount of places you will be able to see will depend on how far away you go. For example, going to Eastern Bali from where I was staying near Canggu would have resulted in a much longer drive time and we may only have been able to see 1 or 2 things. This is a trade off you'll need to prioritise.
- Some of the stops will be keen on you buying things. This was fine for my stops (I was quite keen on the silver ring I bought at that workshop for example and it supported the local community whereas I wouldn't have bought any coffee so skipped coffee plantation) but if youre on a budget, maybe prioritise the workshops/places where you feel more keen on buying something.
A great and reasonably priced way to get out of the city and would recommend.

This was a great experience. Nice calm conditions. Despite rough overnight weather the visibility was good for at least 20ft over the coral. Saw a very diverse range of beautiful fish up very close thanks to the good the guide spreads around. Pretty basic but great for beginners like us.

Excellent hired driver and luxury vehicle
This service was exactly what my wife and I expected — a luxurious and spacious van with reclining seats, leg rests, air conditioning, and an excellent, attentive, and accommodating driver named Topo. We gave him our schedule for the day and he made it happen during the 10 hour trip.
Be aware you are responsible for any tolls and parking for the day, but everything is reasonably priced.

Unforgettable Nusa Penida Manta Ray & Land Tour with Ngurah & Widianaa
Our Nusa Penida manta ray snorkelling tour with Ngurah and Widianaa was unforgettable from start to finish. The drivers were friendly and helpful, and the land tour was beautiful and well organised, with stunning viewpoints and plenty of time to enjoy each stop.
In the ocean, the guides had incredibly sharp eyes for spotting manta rays and marine life, and their calm, reassuring nature made all the difference, especially as it was my first time snorkelling. I always felt safe and supported.
They also took fantastic photos for us, capturing both the underwater moments and the amazing scenery on land. Thank you, Ngurah and Widianaa, for an incredible day – highly recommended!

Amazing experience!!
What a breath taking experience!!
Worth the long drive to this!!
The dive team were great. We pay for a dive instructor as we were beginners and it was worth the extra. My dive instructor was very helpful and patient with me and made sure I was comfortable and ready to go further down. He showed me everything there was to see and stayed with me the whole time as he knew I was nervous. But was amazing and would book this again!

Set between the Indian and Pacific oceans near the heart of the Coral Triangle, Bali offers scuba junkies some world-class dive sites: a World War II wreck at Tulamben, giant mantas and (occasionally) mola mola fish off Nusa Penida, weird and wonderful critters in Padangbai, and more. Bali scuba diving experiences run the gamut from a short trial session for newbies to packages for certified divers. New divers can get their open water license, and veterans can extend their scuba qualifications with multi-day diving courses from PADI or SSI.
