The hotel transfer made this trip possible fo me. Agung was an excellent driver. He was on time, polite, and very communicative. His fun personality made the 1.5–2 hour ride to the rafting site fly by.
The whitewater rafting itself was a true adventure! The guide was wonderful, and the whole experience was definitely a highlight of my trip.
However- to get down to raft, had to go down steep steps (many many of them). I had ankle surgery, still not 100% and found it difficult.

It was nice, but very easy and nothing like the images portrayed with lots of steep rapids, there were no steep rapids.
We stopped for a long time at a small shop on the river, and if you’ve already eaten and don’t want crisps, cup noodles, or a Bintang, you’re left sitting there waiting for over 30 minutes.
Lunch was at the end when returning to the Rapid Headquarters and consisted of rice and chicken that had clearly been sitting out for a long time. I didn’t eat it and went elsewhere for lunch instead.
Pickup times weren’t well managed. I was collected 30 minutes late and then had to wait again for another couple, meaning only three of us went. If pickup had been on time, I would have been in a larger group with multiple boats, which looked much more fun. As expected, the water was brown and there was a lot of rubbish. The guide, however, was jovial and good company.
Would I do it again or recommend it? Probably not.

This was so fun! Everything went so smooth and it was the perfect first rafting experience for my kids. The pick up to the drop off was well organized and fun. The only thing was they took pictures along the way for us for purchase but then we never were offered the opportunity to look at them to see if we wanted to purchase them. Anyway it was a lot of fun!

Highly reccomended activity! No need to be a swimmer. Pick up from hotel was late however resolved after contacting via whatsapp. Be wary as plenty of steep steps prior to the water rafting. A workout in itself, however the experience of rafting was brilliant! The instructor was great, there was also lockers and changing rooms prior. The session lasted a couple of hours with a break inbetween, followed by inclusive dinner at the end and return transport back to hotel. If in bali, you must book this!

It was a lot of fun to go rafting with Son on October 11th. He explained how the activity would go first before getting to the river and told us the safety rules once on the raft. We laughed and got wet. And lunch was simply excellent.

Very good experience (and I’m nervous on water). The only time I didn’t use insect repellent I got a few bites - ho hum. Did get very wet from the start but it was such good fun and the guide worked so hard.

A great experience, do not miss it when in Bali. But you need to know that there are lots and lots of stairs going down and up from the river. It was worth it. And the view going up the stairs was beautiful.
Usman was the rafting captain, he made the experience extra fun.

AMAZING!!!!!
Absolutely loved the white water rafting and the fabulous views from the raft. . We missed out on views of Mt Batur and the lake as it clouded over by the afternoon, but Bawa was an attentive guide who made sure we made the most of our time, getting to experience coffee in the clouds which was a unique experience.
Bali is a beautiful island with so much to offer but this was my favourite excursion which I will happily repeat when I return

Would highly recommend this experience to anyone. I was a bit nervous about white water rafting, but it was so much fun and I felt safe the whole time. We had such an awesome guide with us - Lele (sorry if it spelled it wrong!) who was very good at his job and made the whole day amazing! I would also recommend having the buffet lunch after, the traditional Balinese food served was delicious! Makasih!

Had a beautiful time on the river. The rapids were small, yet fun. The scenery absolutely stunning. Our guide was fun and had us in safe hands. A big shout out to our driver who had to pick us up from a hotel 2 hours away and off the beaten track. Really lovely and new a few back streets which meant we avoided a lot of the heavy traffic. A really fun day. The buffet lunch was delicious!

Dewa driver was lovely and great communication. The rafting itself is good for people who have never done it but; for more experienced people you don’t really get the ‘adreline’. But it was perfect for my 9 years old daughter as it was her first time. Yan was our
rafting lead and he was clearly experienced. The buffet was quite limited with just rice and vegetables - the meat option was mostly bones! The changing room is basic but functional and they give you locker and towels. And be aware that you have to walk a lot of steps/stairs to go down and up the river where you’ll start the rafting.

Started really bad but ended up being at least a decent experience. Driver was 35 minutes late for pickup, even though the trip to meeting point is only 20 minutes. No apologies from the firm. Bad welcome and giving no info about the trip, just placing us to wait for them. Suddenly we need to go with no info. They also did inform about what to bring, f. Ex. Shoes to walk many stairs that also will be wet because you bring them in the raft as they do not provide safety water shoes even though the say they give safety equipment. They became angry when is asked about not being informed on what to bring. No service and information at all!
The rafting is not very wild, maybe a bit boring if only going for rafting. The nice thing was the great views, the nice people you meet in the boat and the food in the end was good :)

This review is not completely true, the customer's hotel cannot be accessed by the driver's car, our driver has tried to contact the customer but the customer has no answer because the driver's car does not enter the customer's villa area, for the customer's rafting experience the menta is very extreme and that can endanger our customers the other one

Was surely a great experience and the quality of the guides are great.
Just suggest that at the break/half point when you taking refreshments the music is being played loudly and might be worth to only listen to nature and the waterfalls.

The White water rafting was great fun and safe with surprises along the way. There are some beautiful places to stop rest, get a drink and get very wet. All of the guides are awesome and have a lot of fun with you and make it extra special. The change rooms were tidy and the buffet lunch was ample. It catered for vegetarians and meat lovers, and was endless. The volcano viewing was brief with long periods of driving. Locals will try and sell you everything they’ve got, while you’re trying to take in the view. The volcanoes are amazing and worth it if that’s what you like, but it is from a distance, you won’t be getting burnt by lava.

We had a blast of our time, my 10 and 9 year old was so thrilled and excited even after everything was over and couldn’t stop sharing with her mummy what they went through. It was a great experience for them and one that gets them close to nature and truly immersed and be part of it while cruising down the river (when there’s no rapids).
I encourage all parents to let their children have a go at it, they will thank you at the end of it for sure!

The tour guides were very friendly and awesome to be around. The tour was well run and organised. The food was also very tasty at the local ricefields restaurant.

Novi, my private driver, was great. Respectful and kind. really takes care of you. The rice rafting was so fun. Waters were safe level and want to come back when it’s a bit more rough for the adrenaline rush. Mount batur was beautiful, nice panoramic view at a cafe.
