Read the information over...

Gerald_H, Oct 2026

Read the information over and over to know if you are taking a "guided" tour. We were hoping to get information about the places we were visiting. Our driver was very nice but only provided answers to our questions rather than point out things of interest on our way to and from Zurich. Our driver was a substitute for Mauricio who we had read good reviews about, and he seemed to be in a hurry to move us along and get back. We enjoyed the cable car ride and the views from the top as well as our quick lunch in Lauterbrunnen.

Response from Host, Oct 2026

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the cable car and the beautiful views. We’re sorry that the level of information and the pace of the day did not fully meet your expectations. Our service is a private driver-guide experience, providing general information and recommendations rather than a dedicated walking guide at each destination. Nevertheless, we appreciate your comments and will use them to improve the briefing and service provided by our drivers.

Beautiful sites, private taxi service

John_W, May 2026

Wonderful place to visit. The only issue we had was getting picked up at our hotel. We had to repeated remind them of where we were. This is even after working with Viator to make sure our hotel was set as the origin. The driver was late because he went to the wrong place the morning of the tour. Don’t expect your driver to give you any history or background on the sites visited. This wasn’t a tour, it was a private transfer with “I’ll be back here to pick you up at this time”

Response from Host, May 2026

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful destinations visited during your day in Switzerland. We sincerely apologize for the pickup confusion at the beginning of the experience. We continuously work to improve our communication and coordination to ensure a smooth start for every guest. We would also like to clarify that this experience is advertised as a private sightseeing tour with transportation and local recommendations. It is not listed as a guided walking tour, and our drivers do not accompany guests on foot at each stop. Instead, guests enjoy the flexibility of exploring each destination at their own pace while receiving recommendations and assistance throughout the day. We appreciate your comments and thank you for traveling with us.
