In just half an hour, you’ll arrive in Vancouver, making this seaplane one of the fastest and most convenient ways to get between Victoria and Vancouver—and several hours quicker than if you were to travel by ferry.
Once the seaplane lands at the Vancouver Harbour Flight Centre—its own one-of-a-kind experience—and you’ve disembarked, the journey ends.

- All passengers 18 years and above must present either one piece of valid government issued photo identification, or two pieces of government-issued identification without a photograph
- Baggage allowance: 25 lbs. Guaranteed. Additional standby baggage is space available with a charge. Baggage weight allowance includes all baggage, including purses.
- Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time, and be fully checked-in 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.
- If travelling with children, please be aware that the child fare applies to children aged 2-11 at the time of departure.
- All passengers travelling must be ambulatory in order to fly. A mobility assistance device, such as a wheelchair or cane, may be used by a passenger to get from the terminal to the aircraft, however, passengers must have the ability to walk on and off the aircraft with minimal or no assistance.

This is just a commercial flight from Victoria to Vancouver. You can save lots of money by booking directly on the harbour air website - just book a flight. If you think this is a tour, you’re totally mistaken. Read the fine print.

This was a lot of fun! It was a lot tighter inside than I was expecting. Take off and landing were very smooth. This was a last minute add on for us but wasn’t over the top expensive.

My husband, teen age sons and I took the sea plane from Victoria to Vancouver on our (first) trip to Canada. The location and check-in was extremely convenient, views while in the air were truly an experience in and of itself, and it was quicker than the fairy. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is that my son was queasy. That aside, I highly recommend it.

We changed the date via Viator and even though I had an email from Viator confirming the change, it had not been notified to the seaplane company. Fortunately the seaplane company were kind enough to make the change at the last minute, otherwise our tickets would have been lost. So, piece of advice: DO really confirm your booking in advance!
