Bought ticket for basilica, square dome and papal tombs. No ticket needed for basilica or tombs. Tried to go to Dome and wouldn’t accept Viator ticket or barcode. Requires QR code we did not get from Viator. Could have done our tour for free and saved the money

Just bad experience as the staff entrance did not accept our vouchers and instructed us to exchange it for physical museum tickets to enter. Supplier and Viator will. Ot refund my money despite the reason, disappointed as we did not get to visit the attraction.

We were instructed to arrive 15-20 minutes before the time of our entry and go to the line in the square. We did and the line was at least two hours long. We did not get in. Very disappointed. This is my second trip to Rome and this was one of the experiences I put on my list. I was so disappointed as we had another experience lined up after. There was no representative on the square when we arrived and, as I said previously, the line was more than 2 hours long. After waiting as long as we could, we had to leave and were only able to se the Basilica from the square. Fifteen to 20 minutes is not enough time in the queue and had we known it would be such a long line, we would have arrived two hours earlier.

C’est une arnaque! Pas besoin d’acheter cette activité. Le lien pour l’audioguide ne fonctionne pas. Il a fallu payer pour les audioguides sur place. Nous n’avions pas accès à la crypte ni au Dome. Il a fallu faire la queue pour accéder. L’entrée à la Basilique est gratuite pour tous.
