Ana was our tour guide and she did a great job. She was very informative and was very helpful during the tour. The springs were colder than I expected. There were only a few warm spots. But overall, it was an awesome way to spend the day.

This was one of the best tours we have taken on our 16 day vacation this year. The thermal pools are NOT hot or even warm as expected however considering you are in a mountain fed river they are a comfortable temperature once you get into the water. The water is crystal clear and you will swim in the most pristine fig tree covered woodland you can imagine with sheer rock cliffs on one side. It looks very much like the Philippines or the movie Avatar. Our guide Morgan was fun and encouraging. We jumped off rock ledges and posed for pictures under a waterfall. Some hiking is involved but well worth it. This is a bucket list trip that should not be missed.

Mike and his team do an efficient and friendly job for this tour and it worked out to be the right one for us. The bus/van was also new and comfortable. Other tours incorporate more hiking. But this one is mostly making the 3 stops and getting back to Valencia by 6pm. Thomas was our tour guide and he did a great job. You need water shoes for the spring. These were provided by the tour. But, my wife wore her own Teva-type water sport sandal and they were even better. So, if you have something like that, that's all you'll need. Take a towel and bathing suit. No real need to take snacks but we took a couple big water bottles for 4 of us and went through all of them an more. Lunch was at the springs. It was fine but note that it's mostly basic sandwiches. As far as the three stops are concerned, there's the "thermal" springs (but the water is cool, refreshing even for hot days), the waterfall and the water jet. The springs are the best and if you had your own car, you might only want to do the springs. The other two stops are just ok. Overall it's a good day trip.

This tour was the one I was waiting for the most among all the tours I had booked because it’s outside of Valencia and I absolutely love nature.
Our tour guide Sofia was amazing! Very very informative and funny.
The tour itself is really cool. The views are stunning and if you want to cool down in the hot Valencia summer, this is it.
This is also good for people doing Solo trips as Sofia always offers to take pictures of you throughout the tour.

Mike was super friendly and attentive throughout out the whole trip, anticipating our needs, he kept us informed about the trip and we had a lot of fun! The spots are definitely worth seeing. Bring sandals and hiking or safe sneakers since you’ll go through some rough batches and bring a big towel and a change of clothes to feel 100% comfortable!

Mike and Thomas were the best tour guides I could have asked for. I’m truly not lying when I say that I found myself on this tour. It was beautiful. While the water was a bit colder than expected, it was still completely worth it. I cannot recommend this tour enough! I also was solo on the trip, and never once felt awkward. Both guides were very friendly and fun to be with.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Kiu. You can tell he absolutely loves his job. He gets you out of your comfort zone and helps you navigate what ever activity you are doing. He loves to share his love of nature and love of the local area with you as well. Beware the water is extremely cold but the views are stunning. This was an amazing adventure day to do with the family or as a couple. Easy to navigate and we even had time to sit for a good local lunch. Bring water and a change of clothes, depending on the time of year bring some warmer clothes for after the water fun.

Ana was an awesome host/guide! She made the whole trip educational and fun. I liked that she made it a point to get to know us and also made sure we were taking advantage of all the activities. Ana took photos through out the trip and so we didn't feel tied to our phones which made it so much more enjoyable.
Now for the trip itself: I really enjoyed being in nature for the day in a beautiful setting at Montenejo. The springs weren't as warm as I would've imagined, yet, it was totally doable and fun. The second stop on the trip was unexpected and pretty cool. We stopped by where the river feeds the springs. Lunch was good and there were options for vegans/vegetarians. Ana kept an order for 18 people super organized. Lastly we made another stop at a waterfall and then made it home.
I really recommend this tour if you want to have a fun day in nature and meet interesting people. If I hadn't gone on the excursion I feel I would've missed on all that Valencia and the surrounding area has to offer. A day well spent!

Fun day outside of the city. Ana was a very friendly and energetic guide. It was cloudy and cool when we went so I only went in the water at one of the 2 swimming spots. We had a very good lunch and then visited 2 scenic spots. One was an amazingly powerful waterfall. A good day and trip, just wish it would have been a little warmer but nothing to be done about that.

Mike was a wonderful guide, knowledgeable, considerate and fun, and really great with taking pictures for us. Standing under the waterfall was an unforgettable experience! The lunch spot was special as well—a local village restaurant away from tourists.

Be prepared for some highs and lows. Quite an adventure! The tour guide was a sweetheart, full of energy! The first stop was a ton of fun for my two kids! They slid down rocks into water and enjoyed the view of the waterfall. The thermal springs were less welcoming, as the water was very deep and chilly. My tween daughter had to hang on my neck because she grew tired of swimming. There was a small cave to dip our toes only in the thermal spring. It was a wah-wah-wah moment. In other words, disappointing. My teen son was so cold that he started turning blue! My kids loved jumping off a small cliff though. Our last stop was more of a hike than I signed up for, but amazing view of a dam! I'd do it again, but bring a lunch, snacks, drinks and a walking stick. Be prepared.

Kiu was nice, knowledgeable, and fun. We loved it! It was a great mix of activities-two water, two nature stops, and a fun lunch. The driver did a wonderful job as well.

What a fabulous day. If you’re wanting to escape the city, and have a full day to commit, book this. What a beautiful experience. Kiu was our guide. He was hilarious, outgoing, loving, knowledgeable, spoke 6 languages, and genuinely loves what he does. We are extremely grateful that we landed with him. We are still sort of in off season. The water was cold. But get in anyway. You’ll regret it if you don’t.

This was a day long tour, we visited amazing areas with waterfalls, thermal springs (it´s thermal because the temperature is constant throughout the year, but the water temperature is 25 celsius degrees, as announced, so don´t expect it to be super warm) and beautiful sightseeing. Mike was a great tour guide, our group was fantastic and we had a wonderful experience. A nice opportunity to explore the mountains near Valencia.
