me being valencian, my partner booked this for me weeks ahead AS A SURPRISE PROPOSAL. we travelled there by plane that day, made our way, it was a bit hard to get to as the taxi driver couldn't take us straight there. We finally found the number, called the guy for directions and he said in a robotic voice, SORRY. DUE TO THE BAD WEATHER TODAY WE CANNOT DO THIS. it was hot and sunny!!!!!!! did not tell us beforehand or anything. surprise marriage proposal ruined. disgusting customer service.

It could have been so much better. The booze cruise music inclusive of foul language and only putting the gib up (no mainsail) and leaving the smelly diesel engines on for the entire trip! This was not a sailing experience. It was just collecting money from holiday makers. You have another boat for booze cruises - why not use that one and keep this for sailing. Even if you charges more and took longer to make a trip - it would be a sailing ‘experience’. This was not. Very poor.
