Getting around the base of Uluru on foot is a challenge—the monolith is large and takes a long time to circumnavigate on foot. Instruction and provided equipment mean even beginners can take part in this tour, with a guide in the lead providing navigation and commentary. This self-drive tour allows you the freedom to just meet your tour at Uluru instead of trekking to a central meeting point.

Nick was very informative and helpful. He gave the cultural background in a respectful way and ensured we were all aware of the sensitivity of Uluru. It was a lot of fun riding around the big rock too!
Our tour guide was worth every cent we paid. Chrissy was funny, witty and very knowledgeable and with the most amazing lip colour! Magnificent tour . Leisurely ride around the rock even for beginners on a Segway. Was at Ayres rock for 3 days but this was our favourite part of the trip. Don’t miss this tour. From the lady with the red nails .
A great experience. Well organised and informative. Worth every cent. Just remember to take warm cothing if you are doing it during autumn and winter.
Brilliant experience with Chris, giving history of the rock and Indigenous heritage - would strongly recommend
Great way to get to see the entire base of Uluru without weary legs at the end of 11km. Guide gave a stop here and there with interesting stories and facts
Really great way to tour around the rock, especially if your not up to walking long distances. I'm in my late 60s and had no problems. Segways are easy and fun to use. The guide was great and very informative. Highly recomend
We loved this tour! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Ayres Rock. Our kids loved tagging along on their bikes too!
Awesome experience, our guide Brooke was very knowledgeable. Definitely a must if your visiting Uluru.
