I had a wonderful cooking session with Kadek and I’m deeply grateful for the whole experience. Kadek, the owner (I hope I’m pronouncing your name correctly!), made me feel so welcome and at home — something that truly matters when you’re far from your own. You can feel that Kadek really loves what he’s doing. He shares his passion for Indonesian culture through food, and the connection he creates with people is genuine. He took the time to explain, to share stories and traditions, and to answer all my questions with kindness and joy. The food we cooked was absolutely delicious — everything was fresh, natural, and authentic. I also had the chance to visit the beautiful organic farm and forest surrounding the space, which made the experience even more special. Thank you so much for your generosity, knowledge, and warmth. I highly recommend this cooking class to anyone wanting to experience real Indonesian culture in a meaningful way.

A great tour for seeing some of the highlights Munduk has to offer!

Itinerary We had a great day out in Munduk! We were picked up promptly at our hotel by a local driver and were taken to see a few of the area's key spots, before being guided to Banyumala waterfall, which was beautiful. Getting there early meant there weren't many other people there which was great. Then, we had a cooking class at a local family's house. We made an array of delicious dishes, including corn fritters, satay, gado gado and a coconutty desert. Review Each part of the tour, we were allowed to take as much time as we wanted, which was refreshing from other tours where you feel a bit rushed. We learnt lots about local life in Munduk, and all the local staff involved were kind and made the experience a lot of fun. Perfect tour for when you don't have too much time in Munduk.
