From the start both Marissa and Faustino were extremely friendly and communicative.
During this tour we went to several life changing taco spots. From authentic Mayan tacos with the best daily handmade tortillas, to amazing Al pastor from a huge trumpo. Everything we had was delicious all while learning the history behind the dishes. At each restaurant we were able to each pick a drink, ranging from horchata to some amazing hibiscus drinks. While walking from restaurants to restaurant, you see some really amazing wall art and get to hear the history behind it.
I would highly recommended this tour to everyone and would suggest you take the tour at the start of your trip as it gives you a great tour of the city with a local.
Marissa was amazing and we would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone coming to this area!

We had a great time eating and exploring downtown Tulum with our guide, Faustino. He knew all of the best local taco spots and even took us for gelato for dessert. This was a nice laid back experience.

Tino was absolutely amazing. The taco spots that he took me to were all very delicious. He gave me a little tour of the area that we were in and provided me with so much information about the mayans, Mexico, and etc. Book this excursion you will not be disappointed

Such a great tour of Tulum’s taco scene!! Faustino is an excellent guide and great to chat to - we managed to cover quite a range of topics on our tour!! He took us to places where we tried things we definitely wouldn’t have tried were it not for his suggestions and we’re very glad we did as the food is absolutely delicious.
Overall, a fantastic experience, highly recommend it :-)

We had so much fun on this tour! We loved all the variety of tacos and the ice cream at the end was so yummy! We felt like we immersed in the culture! This was by far the best tour we booked in Tulum. Our guide was passionate about the culture and history of this city and he showed us some great places we wouldn’t have found on our own. Absolutely recommend!!

Faustino was wonderful. We really enjoyed our walk, our conversation, and the food. It was nice to be off-the-beaten path (away from the main street) to experience some of the smaller local restaurants and learn about the different types of tacos that are available in Tulum. Faustino also walked us around to see some of the incredible murals throughout the area. It was a great way to orient ourselves to the town on our first day. Totally worth it.

Great day out with Faustino trying all the tacos of Tulum. He was able to show us the best spots to eat, and key spots of Tulum. Would recommend as an intro to get your bearings in Tulum Centro. We also asked him about all things Mexican culture and he was able to answer our queries with a local perspective.

We took this tour right at the beginning of our vacation (end of February 2024) and SO glad we did. Not only did we have some fantastic tacos, we learned about the history of the area, some of the great things to see and do, and restaurant and entertainment options. Our guide was awesome! So knowledgeable, fun, happy to answer any of our questions and he picked the best tacos! Just a great time (and filling to :) )

Faustino is absolutely amazing! Not only were we able to eat delicious food, but he is very knowledgeable about the Mayan culture. It is a walking tour so wear comfy shoes. The walking gave us a chance to move in between restaurants so we didnt feel stuffed. The group we were on the tour with happened to also be from Georgia, USA where we are from. They were also very pleasant and personable. If in doubt, take the tour! You will not be disappointed. Thank you again Faustino!

Faustino was our guide and we had amazing time! He was very knowledgeable, showed us some cool murals, gave us some history of the area and took us to try delicious tacos! We even got to try tamales and finished the night with Gelato. He was a great guide and great company! Highly recommend this tour!

This is truly the best Taco Tour in Tulum. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. I love tacos and I must say that I tasted the best tacos in my life! We had authentic tacos and even saw women making tortillas from scratch! I recommend this tour if you want real tacos and if you want to learn about Tulum. We learned about economic expansion occurring in Tulum. Our tour guide even explained what cenotes are. I can’t wait to visit Tulum again and do this tour!!!!!!!!

Julian was incredibly informed about his city and the people of Tulum. Respectful, knowledgeable, and hospitable, Julian was the ultimate host and tour guide, quickly easing my introverted nature. Amazing delicious culture tour! Really fun walking around Tulum seeing street art and eating tacos, tamales in local places. We got an update of what’s happening in Tulum, saw murals and street art and ate at very low key sites that are true to their roots. Great guide, very prompt, good English. Would definitely recommend to help see Tulum in its hidden beauty.

Really enjoyed the walking taco tour. Our guides explained various options at each stop and there were plenty of things to eat for vegetarians. We saw some interesting murals as we walked around and our guides explained the context behind them, which helped us appreciate them even more. Great food and overall a memorable experience. Highly recommended especially if you are staying near the beach and need a break from the scene.

I had the best Taco Tour in Tulum with Faustino. He was knowledgeable with the best Taco places in Tulum. It was special tour because he made me feel at home considering I was travelling solo.
