We pick up from all hotels and rentals from Playa del Carmen to Tulum. In case of rentals, we need the name and address, and that you share the location via whatsapp. No-shows apply 15 minutes after the confirmed pick-up time. An additional pick-up fee will be due to the guide on the day of the tour if you are staying north of Playa del Carmen (USD 30), Puerto Morelos (USD 45) or Cancun (USD 90). For the best experience, we advise choosing a pick-up time of either 7:00 am from Playa del Carmen or 7:30 am from Tulum. This will allow you to avoid both the crowds and the heat, ensuring a more enjoyable outing. No shows applies 15 minutes after confirmed pick up time.

This is an amazing tour! Everything about it was wonderful - the description had said it included pick up from Playa Del Carmen and even though I couldn't find that option when booking a quick message confirmed they would pick us up at no extra cost. They also gave us an excellent recommendation to start earlier - we're glad we listened because it meant we got an amazing trip avoiding most of the crowds and heat at Tulum. Alex was an exceptional guide - friendly and knowledgeable and helpful at every moment and our driver Rodrigo was also super helpful. This is a great day exploring the area and getting to see some of the best that Mexico has to offer. Highly recommend!
