What a wonderful cooking experience. What really stood apart was that we made 4 dishes. So many cooking experiences only have you make 1 dish. We made 4. Enzo and Mima were wonderful teachers. We were sent photos from our experience almost 5 minutes after we returned to our resort. Grazie Enzo and Mima. Thank you for your experience and patience with us.

Amazing Experience. Enzo was a great host and Mema, the chef, was the best. Enzo picked us up; Mema went to the market and picked all fresh vegetables. Pasta making was great fun.

Learning to cook with new friends

We enjoyed getting to know our host and chef. At the end of the evening- it was like eating with family. Appreciated the photos taken while we learned how to make pasta and recipes provided afterwards. Will be sending pictures back to the host to show pasta making progress.

Enzo arranged for a perfect evening of cooking and meeting new friends. From start to end, Enzo was charismatic and made sure everyone was comfortable and had everything needed. It was easily the highlight of our trip and he organized everything to a tee - thank you Enzo!

I can’t say enough about what a great experiences I had! Enzo happily picked me up at the train station so I could attend the event and I felt welcome immediately. Our group was small (5 adults) and we got along very well and had a wonderful time learning about techniques used in preparing pasta and other great dishes. Not only was it a wonderful experience, but I made some new friends. After we prepared the meal we had wine, the delicious food we made, and had a chance to get to know everyone. It was truly a memorable night! Thank you Enzo and Mimina for a great night. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone that is looking for something fun to do in Tropea
