      OMG, The best experience of our trip! Vincenzo and chef Alberto were absolutely fantastic! The pasta was perfection and the family farm gathering our ingredients and history of their farm was just incredible! I would highly recommend!

      A memorable evening!

      This cooking class was so memorable and fun! We started in the farm, picking vegetables and herbs we’d use for our dinner. We then prepared two different kinds of pasta from scratch. Be prepared to use your hands and knead until you’re actually a wee but tired—-ha—but it’s so gratifying to see your own little pasta ball turn into fettuccini-type noodles or spiral noodles! Then we all sat and ate a delicious dinner together, with the tour organizer Enzo and nine of us from around the globe, talking and laughing and exchanging WhatsApp numbers. By the end, you feel like you’ve made new friends. Enzo is a master at what he does. He is so friendly and helpful and sociable with all the participants. He really does a great job pulling everything together, and even takes pics throughout the night then shares them. The food—appetizers and dinner (and wine) —is all organic, locally sourced and absolutely delicious!! Most of the food comes from the owner’s small house farm. This experience is worth every penny! It was definitely a highlight of our trip!

      Hands on fun for everyone

      Absolutely spectacular evening. Picked up by Enzo near our apartment. On the way to the restaurant he told us about the region, the restaurant, etc. Fun and TRULY hands on experience- we learned a lot and had the best meal of our time in Italy!! We wanted to book again while we were there!! All of us got involved and Chef Inez was a pleasure - answering all our questions with humor and grace!!

      This was a fun and amazing experience! Enzo, the operator picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel making it convenient for us. The setting was beautiful and the chef was so kind and laid back that we felt very comfortable. The food was amazing! I highly recommend this great adventure on your trip to Tropea.
