Driver showed up on time driving a nice Lexus crossover. Driver did not very much English so there was limited conversation. When we arrived at the hotel, he brought the bags out of of his trunk and then took off. The hotel had stairs and a cab driver saw me struggling and helped me. That’s why the 4 stars instead of 5.
